The episode starts with Dilbar Khan pushing Heer inside the car and trying to force himself on her. Heer leaves red ants on him and threatens him not to test the power of a women. Heer tries to escape but Dilbar pushes her on the ground and says women’s place in under men’s feet. Naina comes there and hits Dilbar. Heer hugs her and Naina says she saw their pictures together so she decided to trust her. Heer takes her phone and says she will send the location to Ranjha.
Ranjha gets the location and turns to go to Anar Gali. Heer promises Naina to get her out of the dirt too and make her meet her mother too. But she recalls Sunny is still with Gulbahar so ,Heer and Naina go back inside to get Sunny back. Sindhe instructs doctor to finish his work. Heer and Naina peek and the former tells Naina that they need to show some courage and make Sunny escape with them. Naina goes to Sindhe and distracts him by saying that Billo has been calling him in her unconscious state. Heer comes there and hits Sindhe badly injuring him.
Heer and Naina enters the room and threatens the doctor to stop immediately by putting scalpel on his neck. Naina wakes Sunny up and the three of them try to escape but gets caught by Gulbahar. Gulbahar tells Naina that she should not have remembered about her friendship and now she has to die too. Heer challenges Gulbahar to stop her if she can. Gulbahar orders her men to take Heer to farmhouse. Ranjha drives towards location. While Heer and Naina are held captive by Gulbahar. Gulbahar slaps Heer and Sunny asks her why she hit his aunt so she pushes him away.
Angrily, Heer slaps Gulbahar. One of the goons come towards Heer with knife but gets stopped by Ranjha. Ranjha fights with all of them single handedly and defeats them. He protects Heer, Naina as well as Sunny. Ranjha gets hurt in the fight but keeps fighting back furiously. Heer looks emotionally at him. Gulbahar asks Heer if her lover has come to save her and questions her character. Ranjha says he doesn’t raise hand on women. Heer says she will not understand the meaning of friendship and slaps Gulbahar. Sunny happily hugs Ranjha.
Ranjha tells Heer that pure like her do not need to stay in such indecent place and takes her with him. Heer notices his hand bleeding and tears her saree to wrap around it. Heer tells Ranjha that only lucky people get friends like him and thanks him for protecting her in all conditions. Sunny comes to Atwal house and Teji hugs him emotionally. Heer also comes there and Beant hugs her. They share an emotional moment. Jarnail inquires Sunny if he is fine and says sorry to him. He gets shocked to see Naina walking inside with Ranjha. Rajwinder calms him recognizing Naina. She thinks if Naina has told the truth to Heer. The episode ends with Heer telling Kammo that Naina has lost all her memories.
