The episode starts with doctor asking Jarnail who is disguised as a doctor to bring glucose. Jarnail goes and mixes some drug in the bottle. Doctor asks why did he not bring glucose yet and Jeet hurries to bring glucose. Jeet runs and brings glucose and accidentally hits Jarnail and his glucose falls out of his hand. Jarnail thinks till Jeet is there he will always keep saving Heer. Heer’s brother tells he will stop drinking if God saves his sister. Everyone prays to God for saving Heer. Jeet tells Teji that he is acting strong for everyone but in reality he is breaking down from this watching Heer in this condition. Jeet prays to God and tells why does he always takes away his happiness and says God to return his happiness and to take his life in return of saving heer.
Sartaj tells Teji to go home as kids are alone he will keep informing her on phone. Rajvinder tells to drop her home she will take care of the kids. A guy tells Jeet that there is a Gurudwara nearby and no one returns empty handed from there but the road is very difficult. Jeet tells he will even walk on any road if it helps save Heer. Jarnail pays that guy and tells being a emotional fool is not cool. Sartaj thinks Jeet rushes to the Gurdwara on stony path and falls down with his feet bleeding. Jeet recalls Heer promise of spending their entire life together and gets up and to get inside the Gurudwara to pray. Jarnail gives an injection to doctor in the OT and thinks this will end Heer’s life. Jeet prays inside the Gurudwara and the syringe breaks. Doctors give another injection to her.
Teji drops Rajvinder home and tells her to take care of kids. Rajvinder gets up and thinks sitting all day will ruin her lefs. Sunny tells Simrit he watched Rajvinder standing on her legs. Simrit tells he might be confused. Jeet prays at the Gurudwara and the doctors tells the patient is responding and pulse is improving. Doctor informs Heer’s family that she is out of danger now. Sartaj calls Jeet and informs him the same. Jeet rushes back to hospital and finds everyone is silent.
Jeet asks what to tell him what happened? Doctor tells Heer is in a stable condition but her entire body had been hit small mirrors pieces due to impact of accident all over body specially face so she is going to be in a lot of pain. Jeet breaks down and recalls his moments with Heer. Jeet tells Doctor to do what is needed to improve Heer’s condition,nothing should happen to her. Doctor tells Heer’s condition will improve with plastic surgery but her face won’t be like before. Jeet gives them permission to do so. Doctor tells Jeet not to worry the process is safe and a small surgery for 2-3hrs and they will remove the bandages next day. The episode ends.
