The episode starts with Teji inquiring doctor about Simran’s medication. Her mother who is in Heer’s room tries to hide herself. Teji comes to find Heer and she misses to see Parneet there. The latter hides in the wardrobe and mixes the paste of itching leaves into neem paste made by Heer. Simran calls Heer to spend time with her and tell her a story. Heer tells Simran about story of Guru Nanak ji and his devotee . She tells about how Nanakiji always inspires everyone for better living.
Tanya comes to Heer’s room and sees the bowl with neem paste, she thinks this must be reason behind Heer’s glowing skin and takes the bowl to use it instead. Jarnail gives contract to someone to murder Heer. The person assures to get work done once Jarnail can make Heer come outside. Teji comes there but doesn’t hear his conversation. She asks him not to call doctor repeatedly as she has already talked to him. Jarnail tells her to keep him informed so that he doesn’t have to call. Heer comes to her room and finds bowl of neem paste missing.
Teji also comes there and inquires Heer why she has not taken bath yet. Heer tells about being with Simran and she will recover soon. Heer tells Teji that she had made paste to take bath so that infection doesn’t spread to her but it’s not there. Teji thinks servant may have taken it and calls them to inquire. Teji harshly scolds them to tell where the bowl is, Heer calms her and tells she will make the paste again. Suddenly they hear Tanya screaming . Tanya has itching and rashes all over her body. Seeing her Heer tells this looks like reaction because of itching herbs .
Parneet wonders how Tanya used the paste instead of Heer. She doesn’t let Tanya tell that she should Heer’s paste. Heer tells she knows the cure but Parneet denies taking her help. Tanya cries and says how will she participate in Chandigarh beauty contest. Seeing her upset, her mother asks why she is feeling down. Tanya demands to eat something spicy. Rajwinder sits miserably missing Kuldeep. She inquires to get footage of reception party. Parneet cooks fried rice in kitchen and because of the smell, Simran starts getting severe itching. Even Rajwinder starts badly coughing because of the smell.
Heer goes to kitchen and pours water in the fried rice she was cooking. Parneet creates a scene and complains to Teji. She says she will leave Atwal mansion immediately with Tanya. Teji tells Heer that she doesn’t know the reason behind her action but she should apologise to Parneet. Heer denies to apologise when she has not made mistake. She tells when someone is affected by chicken pox they should not cook non veg or put tadka. Doctor also says the same so Teji feels guilty and apologizes to Heer and even asks Parneet to do the same. Parneet tries to leave but Heer stops her. She requests they should cook simple food together. The episode ends with Heer being confused about how to cook khicdi for Rajwinder as she doesn’t know to cook.
