The episode starts with Heer coming out of room and Jarnail is waiting for her to come out. Once she leaves, Jarnail enters Ranjha’s room and tries feed him soup in which he has mixed poison. Heer stops him and says she had seen him mixing poison in the bowl and flashback shows the same. Jarnail tells Heer that she is misunderstanding him. But the latter says she should have understood his intentions when he took stand for her to give the exams and now he wants to kill Ranjha because he had seen him loosening ropes of chandlier to make it fall.
Jarnail and Heer argue hearing which Sartaj also comes to the room. Rest of Atwals also come there and inquires about what’s happening. Jarnail says that Heer is blaming him for making the chandelier fall and also that he was poisoning Ranjha. Heer says that she has seen by herself. Teji defends Jarnail and questions if she remembers that person she is blaming is her husband. Jarnail says that the bottle Heer had seen was having vinegar. Teji warns Heer not to raise doubt on Jarnail unnecessarily.
Heer demands Jarnail to drink the soup by himself if he did not mix any poison in it. Ranjha gains consciousness back. Jarnail drinks the whole bowl of soup. Heer tells Jarnail that he should drink saline water and vomit the poison out before it affects him. Jarnail tells that nothing will happen to him and acts like he is not affected at all. Heer thinks if she made a mistake. Jarnail doesn’t let Heer speak anything and rushes out quickly as he starts feeling unwell. Teji scolds Heer for the incident and argues with her for falsely alleging Jarnail.
Rajwinder says that Heer had said that Ranjha had seen the person who had made the chandelier fall down. Ranjha lies that chandlier did not fall by itself by it was pushed by flower decorator mistakenly. Jarnail drives to doctor in rush. Heer tells Teji that she will apologise to Jarnail for the mistake she did however Teji denies accepting it and says Heer doesn’t fit to be a part of their family. Sartaj tells Heer that she did not have wrong intentions but this time he doesn’t have words to defend her. Heer feels guilty of hurting ones who had been supporting and loving her.
Ranjha feels upset seeing Heer’s heartbroken state. Jarnail reaches hospital in a bad state and calls out for doctor. Heer tells that her only intention was to catch the person who is responsible for Ranjha’s condition. Ranjha says that she should not have blamed Jarnail for a stranger like him. Heer says that she is already feeling guilty and how could she let anything happen to him infront of her eyes. Doctor saves Jarnail and says his body had lot of poison. Teji gets angry at Heer and Tanya provokes her more. Parneet also provokes Rajwinder against Heer. The episode ends with Ranjha telling Heer that he wanted to bring happiness back in her life. They look at each other.
