The episode starts with Heer and Ranjha reaching Atwal Mansion. Kuldeep gets surprised to see Heer at his house. She calls out for Rajwinder and Kuldeep says his mother is not at home. He tells that only he is at home and asks Heer how he can help her. Heer tells about laws and says its crime to take over land by fooling someone. Kuldeep agrees to her and keeps flirting with her. He says he is unaware about the whole matter but he will remove the board of their land from Beant Singh’s land. Heer returns back six crores which Gurmeet took in return for the land.
Kuldeep calls Suraj Singh and inquires about where Beant Singh’s land papers are and when the latter says one copy is kept in Rajwinder’s room, he quickly gets the papers and gives to Heer. Heer gets happy seeing it’s the real papers and calls Beant Singh to come to their land as she has a good news. Kuldeep keeps staring at Heer as he gets the board replaced at land back to Beant Singh’s name. Suraj calls Rajwinder to inform about the land issue but call doesn’t get connected. Rajwinder says she wants to go and see new land with Atwal name board.
Beant Singh and his family comes to land and everyone gets happy to see it back to their name. Heer thanks Kuldeep for his help. Navjot says she wishes for Kuldeep and Heer to get married which breaks Ranjha’s heart. Kuldeep is about to leave but Navjot invites him home to have tea. Suraj Singh tells Teji about Kuldeep giving land papers to one girl without asking permission from Rajwinder. Teji inquires if he has informed Rajwinder yet. She calls Kuldeep to ask about the land but he disconnects the call saying he is busy.
Navjot tells Heer to come in car with Kuldeep but she denies saying she will come with Beant Singh. Heer tells Ranjha that she feels something suspicious about Kuldeep. Ranjha thinks of Navjot’s words about Heer and Kuldeep and denies going with Heer but she forces him to come along. On way to home, Navjot asks Kuldeep if he is married but he says he is eligible bachelor. Rajwinder reaches land area and finds Beant’s name board there. Heer stops her car and says she wants Kuldeep’s car to go ahead.
Heer wonders if Rajwinder even knows about Kuldeep returning back land to them and what would she do knowing about it. Heer’s car’s tyre gets punctured and she says she will change it. She gets shocked to see that jack is missing. Teji talks to Rajwinder and says that Kuldeep has returned the land papers of Beant to some girl. Rajwinder angrily throws away the home. Navjot keeps praising Heer infront of Kuldeep. Heer looks for lift on the road. The episode ends with Rajwinder thinks who is the girl who played such a big game to get land from Kuldeep. She notices Heer on land asking for lift.
