The episode starts with Heer coming to hall and recalls her reception when Kuldeep was shot. Teji, Rajwinder and Jarnail also see her from upstairs. Suddenly she hears Simran crying and rushes to her room. Heer asks her if she had a nightmare. Simran says is feeling unwell and Heer notices her having fever and rashes on the palm. She says it must be chicken pox and tells Teji not to worry as it’s common amongst children. Teji tries to contact doctor but cannot reach them. Heer says she will ask Jasmin as Goldie had chicken pox too however Teji tells her to not disturb so late night.
Guldaste teases Ranjha when he checks all the calculations of grains sell and income strictly. He tells one who used to do this has gone so he has to take responsibility. Ranjha gets shocked to get Heer’s call early morning and queries if she is fine. The latter confirms so and says she will add Beant Singh on conference call with them. Heer informs them about Simran getting chicken pox and asks Ranjha to bring fresh neem leaves and Beant to get raw turmeric for precautions.
Heer tells Teji that need to change bedsheet and pillow covers. Teji gets impressed by way Heer take cares of everything and says if she is also doctor and nurse along with being lawyer. Ranjha enters Atwal house with neem leaves and collides with Jarnail who takes rudely to him. Teji comes and informs that Heer has called him. Jarnail says they need to call doctor but Teji informs him that she has already called doctor and till he arrives they should let Heer do what she wants. Heer and Ranjha puts up neem leaves in Simran’s room.
Beant Singh and Navjot comes to Atwal house with turmeric. Heer makes it’s paste and applies it on Simran’s rashes. Rajwinder comes there and questions what has happened to Simran and tries to touch her but Heer stops her. Doctor comes there and checks Simran. He informs that Simran has chicken pox and applying turmeric and Neem around has helped to stop infection from spreading. He also tells about disease being communicable so all of them should leave Simran alone. Teji and Heer stay beside Heer but doctor advises them to leave too.
Parminder badmouth Heer for being unlucky as Kuldeep died and now Simran got infected. Teji stops her and tells how Heer is doing all her duties selflessly. They hear Simran crying because of itching . When Teji is about to enter her room, Parminder warns her to stop as she is menstruating and if she goes Simran’s infection might increase. Teji asks them go check on Simran instead then but all of them deny making excuse. Heer comes inside and helps Simran. Teji wishes for her happiness. She tells that she trusts Heer and Simran will recover soon because of Heer. Parminder keeps provoking Rajwinder to break bond between Heer and Teji. Teji thanks Heer for looking after Simran without being scared. The episode ends with Parminder plucking leaves which can cause itching to mix them in Heer’s bathing water.
