Imlie 17th December 2022 Written Update: Chini breaks up with Arto

The episode starts with Arto calling Chini and asking her why didn’t she come to pick him from the lock up or come to meet him. Chini says because she is tired and she doesn’t think Arto and Imlie are friends, they are more than that. She can’t wait for him now. Arto tries to pacify that saying he only loves Chini. Imlie comes in a black saree to ask Arto what he feels for her. She practices how to approach him then she overhears that Arto loves someone else. She goes out of the room and thinks it must be her misunderstanding. She goes inside again to talk to Arto but he tells Chini that he respects Imlie but doesn’t love her. He will tell this to her very soon but he needs time for that. Imlie gets heartbroken hearing that and leaves. Arto hears footsteps and goes to check. Imlie walks on street alone and she recalls Arto’s words.

Abhishek stops his car seeing Imlie in the middle of the road. He asks her if she has gone mad. Imlie can’t speak and he feels sorry. He makes her sit saying she should be careful enough while walking in traffic. He gives her water. Chini gets ready to meet Abhishek and Rupy Arpita get surprised. Chini says Abhishek is rich and good both so she is ready to marry him. They ask her to keep his good qualities in mind too. Chini says that doesn’t matter to her compared to his money. Rupy thinks if they are ruining Abhishek’s life by getting Chini married to him.

Abhishek advises Imlie to deal with her life problems with courage. Imlie says she was making herself ready to face that. He says if he can drop her home, she adds she can manage. She thinks Arto should have talked to her directly that he loves someone else but he lied to her. She will demand explainations from him.

Chini orders expensive dish in restaurant. She sees Arto and hides her face with the menu card. He catches her saying he tracked her location with the application she installed. He says he wants to talk to her. Chini shows no interest but she tells him that he can’t do anything to get her but he is just choosing his family over and over again. She is fed up seeing him with Imlie all the time. He can only make big promises and his family also doesn’t like her.

Arto says he can understand she didn’t like him watching with Imlie but he can explain. She breaks up with him and tells him to leave if he has self respect. He pleads her to stop by holding her hand. She says he is useless so he can’t convince his father to marry her. He says she is his hookline and how he fell in love with her hearing her poems etc. She broke her marriage with Jatin, fought for someone’s love. He can’t forget all that. Chini says she doesn’t want to recall the past. She will forget him and will choose another guy. She separates her hand from him and her bracelet falls down. Arto feels shattered and picks the bracelet. He leaves crying.
