Episode starts with the discussion between Faltu and Ruhaan. Ruhaan reminds her that as Faltu signed the contract paper, she have to leave her own house and have to play for Sanaya. She is asked to keep it as a deep secret otherwise she have to return all the money. She runs outside and recalling the promises, Faltu starts to cry. But she tries to get a hope as she is not doing anything wrong. Then she suddenly remembers whether her husband tried to reach her, checks her phone but it’s not working. Here, Ayaan becomes very tensed to think where Faltu is. Kingshuk didn’t find Faltu anywhere. Here, Ayaan begs the doctor to start the operation, but doctor says that they are already ordered to start the operation. Everyone becomes overwhelmed, Savita embaraces her Aayan. But again Ayaan questions himself how is it possible!
In the moment, Faltu reaches there and seeing the sound, Faltu aske Ayaan where he was. They both ask each where they were. Ayaan describes how he was attacked by some cruel goons. Faltu becomes more emotional. Ayaan asks Faltu how is it possible for the hospital to start operation without getting any money. Faltu tries to neglect the truth and thanks to the administration. Though the operation gets started, but Ayaan can’t forget the mysterious reason behind it. Repeatedly, he asks different questions to Faltu. He also adds if Faltu would have accept the deal, he would never forgive, she becomes disheartened. Here, Kanika surprisingly sees that Tanisha has weared a complete white dress. Faltu is called by Ruhaan and asked to convince Janardhan and Ayaan to work in his work otherwise he will cancel all his deal. The doctor comes and says the operation is completely successful and they are asked to follow their diet and prescription rules.
Kinshuk and Ayaan become tensed to think where they would take Janardhan when he will be released from the hospital. Here, Ayaan wants to give the thank you the administration department of the hospital. Faltu becomes tensed. Here, the holistic approach of Tanisha surprised her own mom and she wants to accept the reality. Her utterence makes her mother.
