The episode begins with Anurag admiring Ishani when she studies. Ishani expresses her doubt to him. Anurag’s mother comes there with jewels. She says her mother-in-law gave these jewels to her, so she brought this to give to her future daughter-in-law. Ishani asks why Anurag’s mother is giving this to her now. She says she will get it at the right time. Anurag’s mother asks Ishani to look at the jewels once. She says she has to send jewels for polish, and she will buy new ones if Ishani doesn’t like these designs then. Ishani asks why she won’t like it when Anurag’s mother is giving with love.
On the other side, Shashwat asks Pihu to open the door. Nandini tells Shashwat to wait. Shashwat says Pihu suffered a lot after Suhasini’s death. And he married Ishani for Pihu. He hopes nothing bad happens. Nandini asks him not to worry. Raj didi seeks the neighbor’s servant’s help to open the door. Pihu’s family enters the room. Shashwat says Pihu’s pulse is weak. Nandini notices an empty sleeping pills box and shows it to Shashwat. Shashwat says he was scared of this only. Nandini says she will call for an ambulance.
Shashwat splashes water on Pihu’s face, but there is no response from her. He says he already said Pihu is an emotional person. Raj didi says she will call Yash. Shashwat asks her to tell Yash to come to the hospital. He says he won’t spare Anurag and Ishani if anything happens to Pihu then. He talks about Pihu’s childhood and asks her to wake up. And he carries her, saying they don’t have time to wait for an ambulance.
Anurag’s mother says old designs are rare. She shows the Banarasi saree and says it’s also for Ishani. Ishani says Shashwat may change his decision whenever he wants. Anurag tells her that it will be lost for Shashwat if he refuses to give a divorce then. Anurag’s mother says marriage will happen after divorce day.
Shashwat admits Pihu to the hospital. He tells Nurse to call the doctor. Nandini tells him not to scream. The doctor comes there. Shashwat tells the doctor that Pihu ate a lot of sleeping pills. The doctor tells hospital staff to take Pihu to the ICU. Shashwat requests the doctor to save Pihu somehow. The doctor says he can say anything after the test reports. They take Pihu inside. Shashwat says he won’t spare the people who are responsible for this. Raj didi asks him not to lose hope. Nandini tells Shashwat that they will take Pihu home safely. Shashwat says he will kill Ishani if he can then.
Anurag’s mother says neighbors are gossiping about Ishani staying there. Ishani says that’s why she wants to stay anywhere else. Anurag tells her that there is no need for that. Ishani says whatever happened in her life was because of fate.
