The episode starts with Meghla telling Ranbir that she prayed to God about the lab report results. Ranbir says he doesn’t think it will happen. He also asks Meghla to ignore this and focus on Arjun’s wedding preparations. Meghla says to him that truth will always win. Ranbir agrees with her. Meanwhile, Meher advises Arjun to reconsider his decision to conduct a simple marriage. Arjun puts forth his point forward and tries to convince the family members. Amarjeet complains to the family members about Arjun’s decision. Arjun persuades everyone. The family members wonder about Arjun’s change in behaviour. Harman teases him, so Simran shuts the former, which makes Arjun happy. Ranbir and Meghla arrive there and learn about Arjun’s decision. They both support his decision. Zoravar also agrees to Arjun’s decision, which surprises Meher.
Zoravar praises Meghla’s bravery and says he will take her to the venue to receive an award. Param and other family members also praise Meghla. Later, Adrija hears a doorbell and learns the person waiting outside is here to deliver the lab report. She manipulates and takes the report from the delivery agent. She recalls Ranbir’s promise and says to herself that she will not spare him for sending the samples to expose her truth. Just then, she notices Meher is coming downstairs. She hides the lab report from Meher and gives some excuses when she faces Meher’s questions. Meher feels Adrija is hiding something from her, so she questions her, but Adrija lies, then goes inside. Meher suspects Adrija’s true intentions. She prays God for her family members to protect their happiness and harmony. Meanwhile, Adrija says to herself that she will definitely not spare Ranbir for his efforts to expose her. She takes the lab reports photo in her phone and edits it using her laptop. She looks happy to prove Ranbir is wrong.
Ranbir and his cousin’s return from Arjun’s wedding shopping. Meher rebukes them all for doing the shopping without her. Ranbir and his cousin give excuses to Meher for not taking her to the shopping. Meher remains upset with them. She decides to go inside, but Meghla, Ranbir, and his cousin stop and promise not to never repeat this mistake again. Meher gives into their persuasion and asks them to show the things they brought. They all show Meher and other family members the things they brought.
Adrija arrives at the living area and asks Arjun for not informing her about his wedding and its arrangements. Ranbir says to her that she isn’t their family member. Adrija confidently tells the lab report is yet to receive so Ranbir shouldn’t say such things against her. Simran questions Adrija, but the latter defends herself. Just then, a delivery person delivers the lab report to Ranbir. Adrija urges him to find the result. Ranbir opens and gets shocked to find the result negative. Meghla happily shares this information with the family. She also tries to convince Ranbir that Adrija won’t stoop low. Zoravar also takes Ranbir’s side. Adrija threatens to file an FIR against Ranbir for mentally harrasing, also defaming her. Everyone gets shocked. Meghla loses her cool and shouts didibhai. Ranbir asks Adrija what she wants from him.
The episode ends with Adrija demanding Ranbir to divorce Meghla, shocking the entire family.
