The episode starts with Ranbir encouraging Meghla to speak what’s bothering her so that he can help her get proper treatment. Meghla remains silent. Ranbir hopes Meghla’s health improves. Meghla says that she feels guilty of putting them all in this situation, especially when Adrija’s wedding with him is going to take place soon. Ranbir scolds her. He then advises her not to suffer her family members for having a fight with someone. Meghla gets confused. She says that she didn’t have a fight with anyone. Ranbir asks her not to lie. He then asks her about the person with whom she has a fight. Meghla gets even more confused. Adrija hears their conversation. She panics, thinking her lies may get exposed, so she deliberately interferes with Ranbir and Meghla’s conversation. She distracts Ranbir by putting up an act. She also shares her fake happiness of seeing Meghla gaining her consciousness. She takes Ranbir with her, saying Meghla has to take some rest.
At Bajwa’s house, Meher gets upset with Ranbir for not answering her calls. Harman suggests that they should visit the hospital and learn about Meghla’s health there. Param feels everything is happening because of whatever happened the previous day. Meher also feels the same. She vents out her frustration with her family about Ranbir’s confrontation with Meghla. But Simran defends Ranbir.
In the hospital, Adrija apologises to Ranbir for interrupting his conversation with Meghla. Ranbir tells her he understands her worries for Meghla as a sister. Adrija says to him that after their marriage, she will ask her parents to conduct Meghla’s wedding with that guy soon. Ranbir tells her that he doesn’t have any interest in someone’s personal life, then he leaves. Meanwhile, Meher fears that Meghla must have attempted suicide and she may have left the note against Ranbir. Ranbir’s cousin’s assures her nothing such won’t happen. Harman then inquires with Meher about Zoravar’s constant insults. Param suggests ignoring all this. But Meher expresses her agony with them. Param feels guilty for his inability to take a stand for Meher. Meher asks him not to feel guilty. They all then leave for the hospital.
Back at the hospital, Chandan scolds Ranbir for buying medicines for Meghla. Ranbir defends himself, saying that he cares for Meghla. Chandan taunts him. Ranbir gets upset. So he questions Chandan for blaming him even though the reason is something else. Chandan and Mahua get shocked. Adrija gets worried, so she intervenes and asks Ranbir not to take Chandan’s words to heart because he isn’t in the right state of mind. Chandan gets angry. Mahua apologises to Ranbir for Chandan’s behaviour. Anurag calms down Chandan.
Ranbir’s family arrives at the hospital. They inquire with Sen’s about Meghla’s health. Chandan assures them that now Meghla’s health has improved. Adrija puts up an act of crying, so Ranbir’s family members consoles her. Chandan gets furious. He suggests that Mahua and Adrija return home when Meher insists that they stay at their house. Under Adrija’s influence, Mahua agrees to stay at Ranbir’s house, which upsets Chandan. Meher apologises to Chandan for everything that has happened the previous day. Chandan clarifies Meghla’s behaviour for the past few days. Mahua defends herself for failing to keep an eye on Meghla. Simran asks them about Meghla’s anger. Adrija says Meghla has some reasons. Chandan challenges her to disclose it to everyone. Adrija gets tensed, but she distracts everyone. She then insists that Ranbir take her home. But the latter tells her he has some work, so he suggests that she go with his family. Adrija gets upset. Ranbir stays back while everyone leaves. Chandan stares at Ranbir.
Precap: Adrija lies to Ranbir’s family that Chandan isn’t accepting the guy whom Meghla likes. Mahua gets shocked. Later, Adrija puts up an act in front of Ranbir. She gets furious when Ranbir informs her about his plan to check upon Meghla.
