The episode starts with Ranbir questioning Adrija whether she knows the delivery man or not. Adrija pretends to say she doesn’t know him. The delivery man says it’s Adrija who brought the delivery report from him. Adrija lies also accuses Ranbir of trying to unnecessarily trap her. Ranbir shows her Adrija’s signature, which she signed it to steal the lab report and asks if it’s hers, right? Adrija denies all of it and blames Ranbir again. Ranbir says he confirmed through the office files that it’s her signature only. Adrija pretends to be innocent and also claims Ranbir unnecessarily trapping her.
Ranbir sends the delivery man and then laughs at Adrija’s allegations, saying the latter is predictable. He then says to Adrija and the entire family that he spoke with the doctor and brought the new report with the same samples. He also demands Adrija to read the lab report results. Adrija reads, and it confirms the spiked product inside the juice kill a person. Meghla and the entire family get shocked. Meghla badly cries. Ranbir reveals to Adrija and the entire family that even before the lab report gets delivered to home, he received the email copy of the same. But he didn’t share this information with any of his family members to expose Adrija’s true intentions. Adrija refuses to accept any of the allegations and blames Ranbir. So Ranbir brings the man whom Adrija hired as a delivery guy to deliver the fake lab report. The guy reveals the truth and then leaves from there. Meghla and her parents completely break down while others look shocked.
Meghla confronts Adrija for her conspiracies against her. Adrija remains silent. Both Zoravar and Meher expresses their disbelief over Adrija’s cruel nature. Ranbir reminds Adrija about their deal and calls the police station. Meghla stops him and tells everyone that Adrija needs a psychiatric treatment. She pleads with her parents to do the needful. Her parents get emotional. Adrija asks Meghla to believe her that her intention isn’t to kill her. An emotional Meghla tells Adrija it’s hard to believe any of her words. She also says to her that Adrija lost her family’s love and care. Adrija breaks down in front of everyone.
Precap: Ranbir and his family celebrate Meghla, who won the medal. Amarjeet asks the women in the family to achieve their dream goal. Siddharth announces an album with Meghla. The entire family looks happy.
