The episode starts with Meghla’s mother complaining to Meghla about them coming to the temple because there is no one to take care of Adrija. Meghla tells her that she is here to pray to God for Adrija’s career. Her mother asks her to pray for Adrija’s married life. Meghla agrees. She also tells her mother that she is not going to marry and take care of her parents. Her mother refuses Meghla’s idea. She further expresses her worry about Adrija’s life partner, but Meghla asks her not to worry about it. Her mother says Adrija may be a short tempered person, but she is an equally loving and talented one. She also criticises Meghla’s talent along with the choice of her musical choice. Meghla gets upset. But she proceeds with her prayer request for Adrija for her better future and her exam results.
In Bajwa’s mansion, Ranbir and Param play chess. Just then, both Mehar and Biji insist Ranbir take warm clothes with him for his trip to Darjeeling. Ranbir refuses, but Param takes Mehar and Biji’s side. Also, he asks Harman’s opinion. Harman rudely behaves with him. Also, he yells at his kids for fighting for a toy. Ranbir calms down Harman. Harman complains to the family members about his wife, Simran, who only cares for her job. Ranbir advises him not to get upset with Simran because other family members are here to take care of the kids. Harman remains upset. After both Ranbir and Param leave with the kids, Harman criticises Simran for not informing about her location. Mehar takes a firm stand for Simran. Also, she reprimands Harman.
There, both Meghla and her mother return home. Adrija shouts at Meghla for going somewhere instead of taking care of her needs on her birthday. Her mother takes Adrija’s side, but her father takes Meghla’s side, saying there is nothing wrong in Adrija making tea for her on her birthday. Adrija gets upset with her father. But she takes blessings of both her parents. Later, Meghla insists Adrija have her favourite sweet, which she brought it for her birthday. Adrija refuses also she passes a crude remark on Meghla. Both Meghla and her father get upset and hurt by Adrija’s behaviour.
Here, Mehar tries to convince Ranbir to take warm clothes with him. But the latter informs her about the weather condition of Darjeeling saying he will be fine without the warm clothes. Param inquires with Mehar about her childhood days in Darjeeling. Mehar shares with her family about her childhood days. She talks about her friend Iravati. She tells everyone about her and Iravati’s plan to marry their children to each other, which leads Harman to tease Ranbir. Ranbir asks Mehar if she is still in contact with her friend or not, to which Mehar says that her friend and her family met with an accident and no one survived in it. Everyone gets shocked. Mehar requests Ranbir to visit all the places where she used to spend with her friend. Ranbir promises to fulfil her wish, which makes Mehar happy.
