The episode starts with Ranbir making a promise to Mehar. Just then, Nimmy arrives there, and she seeks permission from Mehar to attend her birthday party. Mehar agrees, but she advises her to reach home on time with their driver. Nimmy agrees. She also assures Mehar that if she gets late, then she will return home with Ashok. Ranbir decides to drop and pick up her so that they can avoid Nimmy having difficulties reaching their home. Nimmy happily agrees. Biji shares her worries about Ranbir taking Diljot for a drive. Param insists on accompanying both Diljot and Ranbir. But Ranbir assures them that he will take care of Diljot, and the latter is always calm with her. He then leaves from there. Biji tells Mehar that if her husband and her son’s let Diljot live her life with the one she loved, then Diljot won’t be in this situation.
In Sen’s house, Meghla’s father asks Meghla to have her share of rasagulla. Meghla says that after her mother has it, then she will have it too. But her mother tells them both that she is fasting so she will have it later. So Meghla decides to have rasagulla from Adrija’s bowl. She seeks Adrija’s permission, but the latter shouts at her for instigating her parents against her with her act. Her father criticises Adrija’s behaviour, which upsets Adrija even more, so she again shouts at Meghla, saying Meghla, always trying to snatch her parents from her. Adrija breaks down. Meghla tells Adrija that her intentions are not to hurt her. But Adrija refuses to believe her, so she warns Meghla, and then she goes inside after telling her parents about her decision to get a job far away from their home. Meghla’s mother gets upset. Meghla’s father tells her that he won’t accept the behaviour of Adrija towards Meghla because they both are sister’s.
In Bajwa’s house, Diljot threatens her father and curses him a lot for ruining her life. Her father raises his hand on her, but Ranbir and the family members stop him on time. They all defend Diljot. Biji requests her husband to send Diljot to a shelter home, but the latter firmly refuses, saying that he doesn’t want Diljot to ruin his reputation again. Diljot shouts at her father for removing her vermilion, also snatching her child from her. Ranbir asks his grandfather to clarify them about Diljot’s statement, but the latter remains silent. But when his cousin’s also persuades their grandfather for clarification, Biji intervenes and says that whatever Diljot saying is out of imagination. Ranbir asks Diljot about Biji’s claim, but Diljot tells him it’s not her imagination.
Later, Harman refuses to have food despite the family members’ insistence. Simran returns home, and she informs them all that she had her lunch in the office. Harman comments on Simran. The latter threatens to divorce him if he continuously behaves with her in such a manner shocking the entire family. Meanwhile, Meghla faces her mother’s wrath for upsetting Adrija on her birthday. Meghla pleads with her mother to believe her true intention. Meghla’s mother gets convinced. She assigns Meghla to decorate the community hall while she will go and calm down Adrija. Meghla wonders why Adrija is always misunderstanding her intention.
Precap: Ranbir tells Meghla that he has already booked the bouquet that she is holding in her hand. He then seeks Meghla’s permission to ask her something. Meghla remains clueless.
