The episode starts with Meghla telling Chandan that she is sure Adrija has something in her mind against her. That’s why she is behaving towards her like this. She questions Chandan. Chandan lies, and there is nothing such. Also, he asks her to keep this in mind that both him and Mahua love her the most. He then asks her about her change in confidence. Meghla confirms with him about her decision, which makes Chandan happy.
Here, Ranbir enters his house. He wonders about his family members’ absence at this hour. But he decides to go inside without anyone’s knowledge using this opportunity, but he gets caught by his cousins. They both question him. Also, they both tease him. Just then, Adrija calls Ranbir and tells him that he is the winner of the dance competition, which makes him surprised. She further praises him about his singing and dancing skills. But Ranbir praises Meghla’s singing skills, and then he disconnects the call. Adrija gets irked. Meanwhile, Ranbir goes to sleep after escaping from their constant questions. Both Harman and Param laugh at Ranbir.
In Sen’s house, Chandan gets emotional over Meghla’s change in decision. He says that one day Meghla will become a famous singer. Then he will have to get her appointment to meet her. Meghla says she doesn’t have to become a famous singer if her parents have to get her appointment. Chandan convinces her. He then teases Meghla, which makes the latter upset. So she leaves from there. Meghla then accidentally bumps into Adrija, who shouts at her. Meghla apologises to her. But Adrija refuses to listen to her. Chandan also takes Meghla’s side and reprimands Adrija’s behaviour. Adrija tells Chandan that he knows well the reason behind her hatred for Meghla. Meghla questions her. Adrija shouts at her. Chandan gets worried while Meghla looks clueless.
The next day, the Sen family takes part in Durga puja. Later, both Chandan and Mahua are busy making arrangements to welcome Ranbir and his family. Chandan asks Mahua to check on Adrija. Just then, a few of their relatives arrive there, which makes them both happy. Mahua calls out Meghla, who comes and takes the elders’ blessings. Kaki maa praises Meghla’s nature. Also inquires with Meghla about her singing practise. Mahua complains to them about Meghla’s shy nature. Meghla smiles.
In Bajwa’s house, everyone gets ready to go to Meghla’s house. Dadi informs the entire family that Balraj won’t take part in Ranbir’s roka ceremony, which shocks and upsets everyone. Meanwhile, Mahua insists Meghla check upon Adrija. Meghla hesitates, but she obliges. Chandan informs Meghla that her Guru Ji hasn’t arrived yet, so the latter calls Maya maasi, who lies Guru Ji, isn’t well, so Meghla decides to check up on him. Mahua gets upset, but Chandan approves Meghla’s decision.
There, Dadi tells the entire family that Balraj’s ego has been hurt, so it’s better to leave him. Ranbir gets upset and sad. He then requests his family to take Diljot with them to Meghla’s house. Balveer gives into his request. Here, both Mahua and Chandan face their relatives’ questions about Adrija’s in-law’s. Meanwhile, Meghla meets Adrija and compliments the latter, then she leaves. Adrija thinks in her mind between diamonds and stone people will choose diamond. And here she is, the diamond, and looks proud.
