The episode starts with the nurse asking the family members to go near the operation theatres waiting area. Everyone rushes there. The doctor talks about Adrija’s deteriorating health due to the blood loss to his colleague. He says that they have to inform her family members. Meanwhile, Param asks Ranbir about Meghla’s whereabouts. The latter’s response makes Param upset, so he questions Ranbir. He also reminds him that Meghla’s soulful prayer is behind Zoravar’s recovery. Ranbir denies it, saying Zoravar recovered because of the treatment. He also holds Meghla responsible for whatever situation they are in. He further says to Param that he will do everything in his power to make Adrija’s life a normal one, and then he leaves. Param gets upset.
The doctor informs the family members about Adrija’s deteriorating health. Mahua goes crazy. Chandan also breaks down, but Ranbir tries to comfort him with his reassuring words. Just then, Meghla arrives there. Mahua unleashes her anger on Meghla, holding her responsible for Adrija’s state. Ranbir asks Meghla where she went. The latter tells him that she went to the temple to pray for Adrija’s recovery. Mahua refuses to believe it. Ranbir pleads with Mahua not to blame Meghla because he is the one who is responsible for Adrija’s state. Chandan takes Mahua aside to calm her down. Meghla requests one of the nurses to put a puja flower near Adrija, which she brought it from the temple. The nurse refuses at first, but she eventually takes the puja flower inside. Meher badly criticises Meghla for her faith in God.
Inside the surgery room, the nurse informs the doctor about the family members’ request to put the puja flower on Adrija. The doctor gives permission, hoping a miracle. The nurse put the puja flower on Adrija. Suddenly, her pulse rate increases. The entire doctors team gets hopeful, and they inject medicines too to improve Adrija’s condition. Meanwhile, Kamla pleads with Mahua not to lose hope, but the latter rudely asks her not to advise her.
Simran says to Ranbir that Meghla is suffering the most, so she asks him to be her side as her strength. Ranbir vents out his frustration about the family members blaming Meghla for his decision. Just then, the doctor arrives and informs the family members that Adrija’s condition is stable. Everyone gets happy. Mahua meets Adrija. She assures Adrija not to worry, saying everything will be fine. She also asks Adrija not to go to work after she recovers, but Mahua, who is with them, asks Mahua not to say this all out of fear.
Here, the doctor informs everyone that Adrija’s few body parts are paralysed, so she may not be able to walk. Everyone gets shocked. Chandan breaks down, but Ranbir promises to do everything in his power for Adrija’s recovery. The doctor says the chances are too low. Also, he informs the family members that Adrija will never become a mother. He advises them not to disclose this information to Adrija, who is already in a trauma. Both Meghla and Chandan badly cries. Zoravar blames Meghla, but both Ranbir and Chandan ask the former to stop blaming Meghla for whatever happened to Adrija.
Precap: Adrija demands an answer from her family about her health update. Chandan struggles to answer, but a nurse enters and discloses that Adrija can never able to walk shocking everyone.
