The episode starts with Meghla’s tutor encouraging Meghla to imagine thinking of singing alone for God. He further asks her to sing her favourite song instead of the classical song. Meghla agrees. Meanwhile, Diljot says to both Ranbir and Param that her husband is a very good singer. Also, they had a baby, but her father took it from her. She then tells that she feels her father killed her husband, too. Ranbir tells her nothing such won’t happen. Both him and Param make a promise with Diljot to unite her with her husband.
There, Adrija apologises to her friends for making them suffer on her birthday because of her sister Meghla’s horrible singing. Nimrit calls Meghla cute, which annoys Adrija. So Adrija questions her back. Nimrit tells her that Adrija is more cute than Meghla. She then informs Adrija that she will leave in between once her brother picks her up from here. Adrija complains to her friends about Nimrit. On the other hand, Diljot asks Ranbir to take her to her husband as per his promise. But Ranbir informs her that they should pick up Nimrit from the birthday party, and then he will ask his grandfather about Diljot’s husband’s identity. Then he will unite her with him. Diljot agrees.
In the community hall, Meghla gives her performance by singing a favourite song. Nimrit praises Meghla’s singing skills. Also, she questions Adrija for her earlier criticism. Adrija remains stubborn in her opinion about Meghla’s singing skill. Nimrit continuously compliments Meghla. Meanwhile, Ranbir reaches the party venue to pick up Nimrit. Both him and Param try to contact her, but Nimrit fails to notice their calls. Param gets upset with Nimrit, but Ranbir decides to go inside to find her. Just then, he hears someone singing a song, so he goes inside.
Meghla receives a huge round of applause for her performance. Her tutor praises her. He also decides to fulfil his promise. He requests her to bring him warm water. Meghla goes to bring it for him. Outside, Diljot hears Meghla’s tutor voice, and she starts saying it’s her husband who is singing, so she asks Param to take her to him. Param gets confused. He tries to calm down Diljot.
In Bajwa’s mansion, Ranbir’s grandfather gets worried about Diljot creating a scene during her outing with Ranbir and others. He gets upset with Ranbir for not obeying him in this matter. But Ranbir’s father defends Ranbir’s decision related to Diljot. The entire family had a conversation about Diljot’s life, which would have been totally different if they hadn’t separated her from her husband. Mehar also comments on their family’s policy. Her father-in-law tells for him, his family’s reputation is more important than anything else.
There, Ranbir enters the community hall and bumps into Meghla. Both of them apologise to each other. Ranbir informs Meghla that her sister is one of the best friends of the birthday girl. Adrija notices their interaction from a distance. She goes to them and condemns Meghla, and also tries to speak with Ranbir. Ranbir remains silent.
