The episode starts with Meghla taunting Ranbir, but the latter’s reply leaves her speechless. He further says that he got a big surprise. Meghla questions him. Ranbir says that he never thought he would meet her again, that too, in this event. He also says that under his uncle’s insistence, he attended this event. Meghla smiles. Ranbir says that he understands the reason behind her smile is because of his change in attitude. He then says that he is proud of her. Also, he is happy knowing someone like her who sings well. He then holds Meghla’s hand, but the latter takes back her hand. Ranbir tells her that he knows she is still upset with him. Meghla tells him that she won’t be upset with people for a long time. Ranbir tells her a song lines and tells him he knows she is feeling exactly in such a way. Meghla stares at him.
Ranbir expresses his feelings with Meghla after she has rejected his confession. He says that he is feeling empty and he has zero interest in doing anything. He further says that he had never felt this much pain before. Meghla tells him that if she didn’t attend this event, then they would’ve ever met. Ranbir asks, who told her this? Meghla reminds him about his earlier words. Ranbir admits it, saying how he has failed to keep his promise after meeting her. He further says that he feels like it’s a game of fate. Meghla says she doesn’t know anything. Ranbir asks if she truly doesn’t understand? Meghla remains silent. Adrija, who sees everything from a distance, decides to stop Meghla from answering to Ranbir. She deliberately interferes in their conversation. Ranbir and Meghla remain silent.
Adrija inquires with Ranbir about his health condition. Ranbir says he is fine. Adrija then questions Meghla for not being inside to hear Guru Ji’s performance. Ranbir asks the same question to Adrija. Adrija lies to him about the reason behind coming out. She then urges Meghla to go inside, saying she may miss Guru Ji’s performance. Meghla tells her she came out to keep Guru Ji’s musical instrument in his car. She then decides to go inside, but Ranbir stops her. He encourages to hear Guru Ji’s performance, which is a great lesson for her, too. He also says that they will meet after Guru Ji’s performance. Adrija looks annoyed.
Ranbir asks Adrija to complete her work and then go inside to be part of Guru Ji’s performance. Adrija insists him to have coffee with her. Ranbir denies it, so Adrija tells him that she wants to tell him something interesting that has happened in Meghla’s life. Ranbir gets confused, so he asks Adrija what’s the matter is? Adrija stares at him. Meanwhile, Meghla goes inside and enjoys Guru Ji’s performance. She remains disturbed.
In the cafeteria, Adrija lies to Ranbir that Guru Ji has fixed Meghla’s alliance with one of his students who is in the USA. Ranbir gets shocked. Adrija continues her lies, saying Meghla is interested in settling in the USA. Also, she has told that she has full faith in Guru Ji’s decision. She then thinks in her mind that if her lie gets exposed, she will manage it, but she won’t let Ranbir get closer to Meghla. Ranbir leaves from there.
After Guru Ji’s performance, Adrija’s parents wonder about her whereabouts. Meanwhile, Meghla informs Guru Ji about her meeting with Ranbir. The latter asks her about Ranbir’s anger. Meghla remains silent. Outside, Ranbir’s cousin’s meet Adrija. Simran praises Meghla’s performance. Also she wishes to meet her. Adrija forces a smile hiding her annoyance. There, Ranbir goes crazy recalling Adrija’s information about Meghla. He feels betrayed and humiliated by Meghla. He thinks Meghla is an insensitive person. He decides to hurt Meghla, too.
