The episode starts with the police officer informing Ranbir that his wife Meghla committed a crime, so she may end up in court trails. Ranbir argues with them. Meghla tries to calm him down. The police officer defends their act. Also, he refuses to let Ranbir accompany them to the police station. So Ranbir decides to follow Ranbir in his vehicle. Meghla leaves with the officers, followed by Ranbir.
At Bajwa’s house, Zoravar eagerly waits for Meghla’s return. Simran shares her plan to celebrate Meghla’s victory and also her brave act. The entire family praise also discusses their plans. Zoravar jokes at Meher by asking her permission to be part of it. Adrija fumes with anger, so she remains silent. Arjun expresses his relief that all the misunderstanding has been cleared. Meher advises Arjun to reconcile his relationship with Shabnam. Arjun defends himself, but Meher and Kamla advise him to marry Shabnam, forgetting the past. Arjun refuses, but both Meher and Simran convince him to accept Shabnam. They all then eagerly wait for Ranbir-Meghla’s return. Simran then asks Adrija the reason behind being silent. Adrija says she is happy for Meghla, but she is worried about Meghla, who may get arrested for going against the protocols, reminding Zoravar’s earlier words. Zoravar says that even if Meghla gets arrested, he will hire the best lawyer in this country to save her. Adrija gets extremely upset, but she forces a smile. She then thinks herself to oust Meghla from Ranbir’s life at any cost.
Back at the IG office, Ranbir advises Meghla not to worry about the enquiry because he will do everything in his power to prevent her from going to prison. Meghla nods, and then she leaves with the officers. IG meets Meghla. He taunts her. Also, he accuses her that in order to get the media’s attention, she has risked everyone’s life by going against the protocols. He vents out his frustration with Meghla about the media’s criticism towards police. He then gets determined to send Meghla to the police custody and check whether she has any connection with Elias. He further says they will even do a background check for Ranbir to check if he has any connection with Elias or not. Meghla gets shocked. IG asks her to leave, saying their meeting is over. Meghla says the meeting isn’t over shocking the officer.
Outside the office, Ranbir goes live through his social media account. He shares with everyone about Meghla’s current situation and asks for their support to prevent Meghla from going to prison. Meanwhile, Meghla asks IG about his marital status and if he loves his wife or not. The latter gets confused by her questions, so he asks her the reason behind it. Meghla says she loves her husband a lot, so she will do everything in her power to save him. She also adds that she is happy to undergo an investigation because she won’t be found guilty. IG receives a call and says okay. Then he asks Meghla to return home, saying she isn’t going through any investigation. Meghla smiles, then leaves.
Here, Sen’s also arrives at Bajwa’s house. Everyone praises Meghla’s brave act. Adrija looks upset. She asks Chandan why everyone is forgetting about her achievements. Zoravar says it’s not like that, then he praises Adrija too, which makes the latter happy. Both Ranbir and Meghla reach home. Harman shares with his family about everything that happened at the airport. Everyone looks happy except Adrija.
Precap: During the party, everyone asks Meghla to sing a song. Meghla agrees. Adrija spikes Meghla’s drink, which Ranbir notices it. Later, Adrija provokes Ranbir against Meghla. She also states that both her and Meghla are totally different. Ranbir says she is right. Then he throws Meghla’s spiked drink, shocking everyone.
