The episode starts with Ranbir being seen lying unconscious on the road. Meanwhile, Harman informs his cousins that Ranbir isn’t answering his calls. They all wonder the reason behind Ranbir’s behaviour. There, at the accident spot, few people arrives and they decide to inform police about Ranbir’s state. In Sen’s house, Mahua lashes out at Meghla. She further says that they failed to understand her. She also accuses her of Adrija’s current state, and then she goes on issues. Meghla follows her and pleads to listen to her. Mahua refuses. Chandan questions her for lying to them. Adrija accuses Meghla for not caring about Chandan’s reputation by spending romantic time with Ranbir in the park. Meghla remains silent.
Here, Meher expresses her worries with Ranbir’s cousin’s about Ranbir. The host of the award ceremony requests the Bajwa’s to accept the award on Ranbir’s behalf. The Bajwa’s looks worried and upset. Meanwhile, in the accident spot, people try to make an injured Ranbir conscious. At Sen’s house, Mahua questions Meghla for meeting Ranbir outside the house. She reprimands Meghla’s act, saying she has destroyed her father’s trust in her. Adrija intervenes and instigates Mahua, saying that this is how Meghla is trapping everyone with her innocent act. Mahua agrees with Adrija. Meghla gets hurt. Adrija demands her to stop putting up an act in front of them.
At the award ceremony, the host again requests the Bajwa’s to collect Ranbir’s award from them. Param and other’s insists Harman collects it, but the latter hesitates at first, and then he eventually goes and receives the award. He apologises to everyone for Ranbir’s absence and also their attempts to contact Ranbir. Afterwards, the entire family leaves from there. Meanwhile, Chandan says that he wants to speak with Meghla, but Mahua refuses to let him. She lashes out at Meghla for her act. She further says that Meghla has changed so much after meeting Ranbir. She badly criticises Meghla. She also compares the latter with Adrija saying Adrija is far better than her. Meghla again pleads with Mahua to believe her. Mahua refuses. Adrija follows Mahua, and she provokes her against Meghla even more. Chandan shouts at Meghla for everything that’s happening. He demands an answer from her. Meghla requests Chandan to send her to Guru Ji’s house if they don’t trust her. Mahua gets furious, so she shouts at Meghla for her statement. She repeatedly expresses her disappointment towards Meghla. Adrija also joins Mahua and badly criticises Meghla.
Chandan demands Meghla to answer his question. Meghla confesses it’s Ranbir who has called her to meet. Also, she went to meet him to share her disinterest in this marriage. She has already informed Ranbir on call, but the latter wants to confirm it by directly speaking to her. The entire family looks surprised. Mahua shouts at Meghla for taking this decision. Adrija refuses to believe Meghla. Chandan asks Meghla the reason behind not agreeing to marry Ranbir. Meghla tells them that she can’t face Adrija’s anger or resentment towards her. Also, she doesn’t want to hurt Adrija. She only wants Adrija to be happy in her life. Adrija says she doesn’t want Meghla’s sympathy. But Chandan apologises to Meghla for not trusting her enough. Adrija gets annoyed.
Precap: Guru Ji makes Meghla realise her feelings for Ranbir. So Meghla tells Ranbir about her change in decision. But Ranbir rejects it, saying that Meghla is agreeing to marry her out of pity, which he can’t tolerate, and then he leaves shocking Meghla.
