The episode starts with Virat questioning Anvita, but the latter demands him to leave. They both argue. Anvita repeatedly asks him to leave. Virat refuses it. He inquires with her about Hetal’s health condition. Anvita refuses to tell him, and she asks him to leave again. Virat makes a remark about her behaviour. While Sanjay recalls his conversation with Shirkey about Virat’s bail on his way to home. He looks extremely upset.
Back at Divekar’s house, Anvita rushes to an unconscious Hetal who calls her. Hetal shares her agony with Anvita in her half conscious state, which makes her emotional too. So Anvita shares her pain with Hetal about her sudden disappearance from their life because of which she has to suffer a lot. Virat hears this and gets hurt. He apologises to Anvita for hurting her by leaving her. He then tries to change Anvita’s decision to move on but fails in it.
Anvita tells Virat that she has made a promise to his mother Urvashi that he will complete his medical degree. She further asks him to move on in life and let her move on and also focus on their future. Virat tells her that she is his future. Anvita asks him to complete his medical course for Veer’s sake. Sanjay, who is in the house, is seen approaching the room. Virat repeatedly pleads with Anvita to give him one last chance, but the latter refuses it. They both then get shocked to hear a sound.
Sanjay enters the room, but he fails to see Virat, who is hiding behind the curtains. Sanjay asks her with whom she is talking to? Anvita tells him it’s Hetal who is sharing everything with her in her unconscious state. She then asks him about his sudden visit. Sanjay tells her that he felt like meeting her. He then bends down to pick up something so Anvita signs at a hiding Virat who escapes from there through the window without Sanjay’s knowledge. Sanjay then sees Anvita from a distance before leaving the place. While Virat gets injured, trying to escape from there.
The next day, Anvita prepares the dining table while the kids ask her about their things. Madhuri sees all of this with a smile on her face. Madhuri and Sanjay join for breakfast. Sanjay gets happy seeing all his favourite food items Anvita has prepared in her first rasoi ritual. Both Madhuri and Sanjay praise Anvita’s cooking. Madhuri gives a gift to Anvita, who thanks her. Anvita then recalls Diya’s words, so she calls Sanjay aside and tells him that it’s her who helped Virat to get bail. Sanjay gets furious.
Precap: Sanjay sees the footage of Virat, and he gets furious, so he asks Shirkey to file a case against Virat in the theft case to put him behind the bars. Later, Anvita gets shocked to see Virat as her cab driver. Afterwards, both Anvita and Sanjay get into an argument in which Anvita accuses Sanjay for not letting them move on from her past.
