The episode starts with the doctor demanding Hetal to leave, saying she isn’t allowed here, but Hetal puts up an act, so Dr.Khanna tells Anvita that only one person should stay with Suhas He also commands on them and then leaves. Hetal meets Suhas, and she expresses her happiness. Anvita asks her siblings, who is going to stay with Suhas for a night. Her siblings give excuses and leaves from there. Anvita gets confused along with Hetal. Diya hides her smile.
Virat meets Anvita’s siblings. He tells them about his plan to propose Anvita. They all question him one by one, and they get satisfied by his answer, so they approve Virat for Anvita. Virat gets happy. He thanks them. He also decides to reveal his proposal plan to them, but Bandya stops him, and he closes the window so that no one learns about it. Hetal, who is eavesdropping their conversation, gets upset that she couldn’t able to learn the entire information.
The next day, the kids make arrangements to welcome Suhas, who is returning home after surgery. Hetal asks them about Anvita’s whereabout. Siddhu informs her that Anvita is the one who is bringing Suhas from the hospital. Hetal then receives a threatening call from Dharmendra, who orders her to hand over her 3 children to him within 2 days. Hetal promises the same. She gets worried, wondering how to escape. She then informs Sanjay about Virat’s proposal plan for Anvita. Sanjay gets shocked.
Anvita brings Suhas home. Everyone warmly welcomes him. Suhas gets upset learning about his diet chart. While Sanjay learns about a person named Rohit who is involved in the black market to sell cars. His subordinates ask Sanjay why Virat is going to be involved in this. Sanjay recalls Virat’s conversation with his mother, and he gives strict instructions to his subordinate to find Virat’s involvement. Meanwhile, Hetal packs her things to escape the house, abducting the children. She then hears Suhas is calling her, so she goes out, and she puts up an act so that she can able to gain Anvita’s trust, which will help her to escape from there with the kids.
Later, Diya brings Anvita to a place. Diya makes her close her eyes, then leaves. Anvita hears Virat’s voice, so she opens her eyes and finds him there. She expresses her gratitude to him for helping her with every problem. She also asks him whether he is willing to resume his MBBS course. Virat proposes her for marriage. Anvita becomes speechless. Anvita’s siblings and Diya arrive there, and they all ask Anvita to accept the proposal of Virat. Anvita looks at Virat, who looks at her hopefully.
Precap: Saurav gives the stolen cars key to Siddhu and Bandya. Siddhu convinces Bandya to use that expensive car. Unaware it’s them inside the car, Sanjay holds them at gun point. Virat scolds Saurav, and he orders Saurav to take the car immediately. He also receives a call that shocks him.
