The episode starts with Hetal restlessly walking on the road while Anvita, Sanjay, and the entire family searches for her. They all get worried. Just then, Anvita receives a doctor’s call who informs her that Hetal is diagnosed with bipolar disorder. Anvita gets shocked. She prays for Hetal’s safety.
Here, a speeding truck approaches Hetal, which she fails to notice it. Virat saves her from getting into an accident. He asks her what happened, and he becomes confused, looking at her behaviour. Meanwhile, Anvita receives Diya’s call. Diya tells her something, which shocks Anvita. Anvita and the entire family reaches Percy’s café where Hetal is as Virat brought her here. They all get relieved seeing that Hetal is fine. Diya praises Virat for always saving Anvita from all her problems. Anvita, thanks, Virat. Sanjay enters, and he fumes in anger seeing them.
Siddhu asks Anvita about the reason behind Hetal’s strange behaviour. The latter recalls the doctors words and remains silent. She then advises Hetal along with her family members to make arrangements for Hetal. While both Sanjay and Virat get into a verbal fight. Sanjay asks him to leave, but Virat taunts him, and then he leaves. Afterwards, Virat introduces his friends father to Percy, who is interested in buying that café. Percy thanks him.
Virat’s friends father shares his plan about Percy’s café after he buys that property. Percy gets uncomfortable. Hetal who overhears their conversation intervenes them and make Virat’s friends father uncomfortable. He gets upset and leaves. Anvita scolds Hetal, and she apologises to Percy. Then, both Diya and Percy persuade Virat to buy their property by calling him a rich man. Sanjay interrupts and insults Virat, saying it’s the latter’s father who is a rich person. Again, they both get into a verbal fight.
Anvita insists on taking Hetal to home. Virat suggests dropping Hetal. Hetal agrees. Sanjay gets upset. Noticing the disturbed behaviour of Sanjay, Anvita firmly tells Hetal that Sanjay will take them to the house. She also holds Sanjay’s hand. Virat gets hurt. Sanjay tells Hetal that the latter should be with her family, not with the outsiders. Just then, he receives a call, so he asks Anvita to come outside, and then he leaves.
Anvita mistakenly drops the things in the café on her way to the exit of the café so she rushes to put it back. Virat also joins her to help. He questions her for ignoring him. Anvita asks him to move on, which leads Virat to ask her whether she has moved on or not. Also, he badly criticises Sanjay and his insecurities even after marrying Anvita. Anvita takes Sanjay’s side and asks Virat to stay away from them. Hetal, who hears their conversation blame herself for Anvita and Virat’s separation. She also joins the hands of Virat and Anvita. Sanjay arrives, and he gets furious, so he calls out Anvita. Anvita leaves with Sanjay, followed by Hetal. Afterwards, Virat’s decision not to be a part of his father’s business makes his father furious.
Precap: Anvita decides to look after Percy’s café. She faces Madhuri’s questions, but she assures her to handle the responsibilities well. But Sanjay badly criticises Anvita, which shocks her.
