The episode starts with Virat asking Anvita to return home with the children because it’s too late. Hetal also agrees with Virat, but Anvita gets furious on the former. She confronts Hetal for turning Suhas into an alcoholic person. Hetal defends herself. Anvita badly criticises Hetal for leaving Suhas alone because of which Suhas is suffering with liver failure. Anvita’s siblings wake up, and they hear their conversation. Chidiya gets annoyed. Anvita threatens and warns Hetal to leave their lives, but Hetal puts up an act. Chidiya takes Hetal’s side, saying she can’t afford something bad happen to their father. She also hugs Hetal along with Chitti. Hetal hugs them back and assures them not to leave them again. Anvita gets upset and hurt. Virat takes her to a side and advises to return home and take rest. Anvita refuses it. So Virat decides to stay by her side. Sanjay arrives and tells Virat that he will be with Anvita. Virat gets upset when Anvita again insists on him to return home.
Diya decides to take the kids home. Chidiya refuses to go home without Hetal. So Anvita takes both Bandya and Siddhu to a side. She advises them to let Chidiya get emotional support from Hetal, but she also asks them to keep an eye on Hetal and not to leave the kids alone with her. Both of them oblige. Diya takes the kids from there. Anvita orders Hetal to leave her house in the morning, but the latter leaves from there with a smirk on her face.
After returning to home, both Bandya and Siddhu fail to make Chidiya, Chitti, and Bunny sleep, so Hetal uses that opportunity and sings them lullaby, and the kids falls asleep. Both Bandya and Siddhu decide to sleep on the floor so that Hetal won’t escape the house with their siblings. In the hospital, Anvita gets shocked to see Virat outside the hospital. She sends him a message asking him to leave, but Virat firmly refuses it. Anvita looks at a sleeping Sanjay outside the treatment room and then Virat.
The next day, Anvita asks Dr.Kavya not to conduct any test on both Bandya and Siddhu as she can’t put their life at risk. But much to her disbelief, she sees her siblings coming out of the room completing the test. Both Bandya and Siddhu remain firm in their decision to support Anvita. While Diya orders Hetal to get ready for the hospital. Anvita arrives there, and she searches for Suhas’s medical report. Hetal shows the report, and she blackmails Anvita to let her stay in the house until Suhas returns from the hospital. Anvita refuses, but when the kids arrive there, she silently gives into Hetal’s request and takes the reports from her.
Later, Dr.Khanna shows Virat the medical report of Bandya. Virat gets shocked, and he hides the details from everyone. He also lies to Sanjay that Suhas’s condition is critical, which he doesn’t want Anvita to know when he faces Sanjay’s questions. Anvita and the kids arrive there. Chidiya gets happy when Virat informs them that Anvita can become Suhas’s donor. Inside, Suhas gains his consciousness, and he demands alcohol. Anvita, Bandya, and Siddhu scold Suhas.
Precap: Dr.Khanna instructs Dr.Kavya to take Anvita to do the liver transplant for Suhas after Suhas’s condition worsens. But to everyone’s surprise, Anvita refuses to be a donor for Suhas.
