The episode starts with Diya encouraging Anvita to give a befitting reply to the juvenile court. Anvita tells her that she is scared. She also misses Virat and says if Virat is here, then this wouldn’t happen. Sanjay gets irked. He tells Anvita that they as a team worked really well for this case, so they will win. Their lawyer calls them inside, so Anvita goes inside. While both Siddhu and Bandya find Suhas in a bar. They ask him to return home, but Suhas refuses it. Suhas gets determined to have alcohol so both Bandya and Siddhu put up an act to have alcohol with him. Suhas becomes furious. He takes Siddhu and Bandya with him to home. He rebukes them both. Siddhu and Bandya tie him in a chair and lock him, and then they leave to court. Suhas gets upset.
In the court, the hearing begins with Anvita’s side lawyer, who shares with the judge about the kids’ performance in the school. Also, she accuses Hetal for using the kid into smuggling. The opposition lawyer requests the judge to keep the kids away from their family because the environment there won’t help the kids to grow up in the right way. She also makes Anvita confess about losing her job. She further informs the judge about Suhas being a drunkard. Anvita fails to convince the judge. She gets worried when the judge asks her to bring Suhas to the next hearing to prove he is a responsible father to take care of the kids. Anvita gets shocked. Sanjay gets upset with Anvita for hiding them about her losing the job, but Diya defends her. Anvita gets upset that she fails to keep the promise that she made to the kids.
Anvita returns from the home along with both Siddhu and Bandya. She gets shocked seeing Suhas in a tie-up condition. She unties him and asks who did this with him. Suhas points out at Siddhu and Bandya. They both defend their actions. Anvita scolds them. She also tells Suhas that the latter should accompany her to the court the next day to prove himself a responsible father so that she can able to get back her siblings. Suhas wears his wedding jacket and asks his kids’ opinions, which confuses Anvita and her siblings. So Suhas tells Anvita that he will accompany her to the court so that the kids will return home. Anvita gets shocked and emotional. Suhas assures not to have alcohol.
On the other side, Sanjay has a conversation with his mother on the call. He urges her to return home so that he can able to share news that will definitely make her happy. His mother agrees to meet him the next day. After the call, he notices Hetal in his room. He questions her. In return, Hetal tells him that she has recorded his conversation with his colleague earlier. She adds that she will show his confession to Anvita. Further, she tells Sanjay that she knows he is the reason behind Virat’s sudden disappearance. She then demands Sanjay to let her stay at his house for the next few days. Sanjay’s attempt to change her decision fails, so he gives into her demand.
Precap: Sanjay shows Anvita the video of Virat in the airport leaving the country. In the court, Anvita tells the judge about her decision to marry Sanjay to get her siblings back. Afterwards, Anvita tells Sanjay that they are friends, and their focus is to keep the kids safe and happy.
