The episode opens with Anvita, who has already begun preparations for the Laxmi Pujan. The festive atmosphere fills the Kothari house as Hetal instructs the children to get dressed in the clothes she personally selected for them. Meanwhile, Anvita brings out a special nose ring — a precious heirloom gifted to her by her grandmother. Hetal admires the ornament and expresses her desire to take it but quickly withdraws, unwilling to take responsibility for it.
A surprise awaits Hetal when she sees the children appear, all dressed in the clothes brought by Anvita instead of the ones she chose. To her utter disbelief, these were the very clothes she had rejected earlier because they were stained with chutney. However, Anvita has cleverly cleaned and restored them through a dry wash. Seeing the children’s affection and unity towards Anvita fills Hetal with envy and frustration.
Anvita, dressed beautifully in a traditional saree, poses for a cheerful photo with her siblings, capturing the warmth of the moment. Meanwhile, little Chiku can hardly resist the mouth-watering sight of the festive dishes and prasad, but the others urge him to control his greed until the pooja is done.
As the preparations continue, Hetal’s disappointment deepens. She feels hurt and alienated by her children’s growing attachment to Anvita. Overcome with bitterness, she insists that she alone should perform the pooja instead of Anvita. She pressures Suhas to speak up for her and claim her right as the true lady of the house. Yielding to Hetal’s emotional manipulation, Suhas reluctantly agrees to confront Anvita on her behalf.
Elsewhere, a heated exchange takes place between Sanjay and Virat. Sanjay threatens to expose a secret about Virat, revealing his jealousy and insecurity. Virat, however, sees through his motives and points out that Sanjay’s resentment stems from fear — fear of losing Anvita. Although Sanjay secretly harbors feelings for Anvita, he lacks the courage to confess his love. Virat boldly challenges him, declaring that Anvita deserves a man who can truly make her feel cherished. He asserts that both of them will do their best to win her affection.
Back at home, Suhas shockingly declares that Anvita is not the Lakshmi of the house. His words pierce her deeply. He claims that despite Anvita’s efforts to maintain the family, she has no real right to perform the pooja since she isn’t the true owner of the home. According to him, Hetal, being the mother of the children, is the real Lakshmi of the Kothari house. Crushed by these cruel words, Anvita loses all hope and decides to leave.
Tears welling in her eyes, Anvita walks toward the main door, ready to leave behind the home she helped sustain. The children, devastated, beg her to stay, but she remains firm. She knows Hetal will once again abandon the house and Suhas will likely fall back into his old drinking habits. Before stepping out, Anvita asks the children to enjoy the pooja and stay happy. Heartbroken and aimless, she leaves the Kothari house.
Outside, Virat spots her wandering in distress. Overcome with emotion, Anvita runs to him and embraces him tightly, seeking comfort in his arms.
