The episode starts with Sanjay suggesting Anvita to stop arguing with Virat, and he will make arrangements to shift Sanjay to another hospital. He then leaves to complete the discharge formalities of Suhas. Hetal questions Anvita’s decision to shift Suhas to another hospital. Anvita mocks her. Chidiya, who hears their conversation get upset with Anvita, so she opposes the latter’s decision, but Anvita asks her to stop speaking when the elders speak. Chidiya gets upset while Hetal hides her happiness, and she pretends to comfort Chidiya.
Anvita firmly refuses to take help from Virat despite his plea to her. While both Sanjay and Hetal mock and challenge each other about Anvita. Anvita meets her old friend, who becomes a doctor, but seeing Anvita isn’t a doctor, she questions the former. Anvita recalls her earlier conversation with her sibling and smiles, saying her plan has changed. After her old friend leaves from there, Dr.Khanna arrives there to check Suhas. Virat, thanks him. He also asks Dr.Khanna to save his uncle. The latter agrees. Suhas’s health condition worsens, so the entire family gets worried.
Dr.Khanna tells them that they should shift Suhas to the ICU. But Anvita decides to shift Suhas to another hospital which they can able to afford it. Chidiya strongly opposes Anvita’s decision, saying she can’t take a risk. She then pleads with Virat to help her, and she will repay everything after she grows up. Virat agrees. Except Anvita, everyone takes Suhas to the ICU. Anvita gets hurt and astonished.
After some time, Virat sees Suhas’s medical test report, and he informs Anvita and the entire family that Suhas has liver failure. Everyone gets shocked and worried. Dr.Khanna tells the family members that they should do liver transplant for Suhas. Virat explains the procedures to Anvita and her family. He then meets Dr.Khanna with a request to give him some time to pay the medical bills because he doesn’t want to take his father’s help. Dr.Khanna advises him about the medical fees, but he agrees to give some time to Virat.
Here, Diya asks Anvita about Virat’s knowledge in the medical field. The latter tells her he is an MBBS student and she will tell her that story some other day. She then asks Diya how she will take help from Virat, who is a liar. Diya advises her to keep her principles aside to save Suhas. Just then, Sanjay arrives there. Hetal taunts him indirectly by comparing him with Virat.
Later, Virat tells Anvita and the family members that the possibility of the family members liver matches Suhas is high so Chidiya tells she will give but Virat tells her that she is too young so Anvita, Bandya and Siddhu decides to do the test to find whose liver can match with Suhas. Afterwards, Anvita speaks with an unconscious Suhas to wake up soon. Then Virat and Dr.Khanna share with Anvita and her family about organ failure during the transplant. Anvita and others get shocked and worried.
