The episode starts with Diya’s mother criticising Anvita’s family for Suhas, who consumes alcohol because of which he is admitted to the hospital. Just then, everyone learns about the deteriorating health of Suhas, so Dr.Khanna and other doctors check him, and then Dr.Khanna asks Anvita to get ready for the liver transplant to save Suhas Diya’s mother and few others praise Anvita’s sacrifice to save Suhas. Anvita then hears the criticism of others about Suhas and Anvita’s sacrifice. Her siblings have mixed emotions. Sanjay asks Anvita if she is ready for this transplantation. Anvita remains silent. But she goes to the operation theatre where Dr.Kavya tells her the importance of signing the consent form. Anvita recalls everyone’s words, so she comes out of the treatment room and says that she won’t give her liver to Suhas. Everyone gets shocked.
Virat asks Anvita what happened. She also faces the questions of her siblings. Anvita refuses to tell anything, but she remains firm in her decision. Hetal arrives there, and she starts taunting Anvita for being a selfish person, yet she calls her a selfish person. She continues taunting Anvita, and then she tells that she will undergo a test and is willing to give her liver if it matches with Suhas. The kids hug Hetal.
Dr.Khanna arrives there and questions Virat about Anvita’s change in decision. Virat says even he has no idea behind Anvita’s decision. Dr.Kavya asks Anvita if the latter is sure about her decision. Anvita says yes, and then she walks out of the hospital. Anvita’s siblings, friends, and neighbours badly criticise the decision of Anvita. A few of them expresses their confusion, and a few of them take Anvita’s side, saying Anvita must have some valid reason for sure. In the police station, Sanjay gives instructions to his subordinates to find out about smugglers in the school.
Anvita is seen walking on the pouring rain. She breaks down and screams. Back at the hospital, Hetal meets Suhas, and she tells him that his daughter Anvita refused to give him the liver, but she will donate her liver to him to save him. A half conscious Suhas asks whether he is dreaming. Hetal continues her act. Chidiya arrives there and praises Hetal for her sacrifice. She then takes Hetal with her to do the test to find whether she can become Suhas’s donor or not.
In the treatment room, Dr.Kavya informs Hetal about the consequences a donor may face after liver transplant. Hetal pretends to fall unconscious. She then tells the doctor about her health issues, so Dr.Kavya refuses to do her test and leaves. Chidiya comforts Hetal, saying that she isn’t like Anvita, who refuses to give her liver. She then leaves from there, wondering who will help them to save Suhas.
Back at the police station, Sanjay gets shocked learning about Hetal’s involvement with the racket of smugglers. He decides to inform Anvita about it so he reaches the hospital and approaches Anvita, who is seen lost in thought, staring at her phone.
Precap: Sanjay confronts Hetal about her involvement in smuggling. Hetal disguises herself as a nurse takes a half conscious Suhas with her. Everyone gets shocked when the hospital staff informs them about Hetal’s involvement in Suhas’s disappearance from the hospital.
