The episode starts with Sanjay making Anvita wear the nuptial chain, which Virat sees and gets hurt along with Chidiya. Hetal encourages Virat not to lose hope but to do something because the wedding is yet to get completed. She then leaves from there. The priest says to everyone that the wedding is completed. Virat leaves from there. While both Anvita and Sanjay take blessings from Madhuri and Suhas.
The opposition lawyer of children’s adoption case congratulates both Sanjay and Anvita. She also asks them to register their wedding to proceed with the custody of her siblings. They both obliges but Madhuri stops them. She asks them what’s happening. Sanjay gives her an excuse, then goes with Anvita. While Chiku worries about the current situation because Sanjay and Anvita are going to register their wedding. Chidiya deliberately throws up on Anvita so the guests pass commands. So Chidiya cries and convinces Anvita to change her clothes. Anvita agrees and goes inside. Virat makes her unconscious and takes her with him.
Here, Diya asks Anvita to open the door. When she doesn’t get any reply, she informs it to Sanjay. The guests learn about Anvita’s disappearance, so they badly criticise also they talk about Anvita’s broken engagement with Virat. Sanjay questions his subordinate and learns about Virat’s presence in the wedding, so he sends his subordinate to catch Virat. He then faces Madhuri’s questions about the guests’ criticism. He requests her to give him some time. While the lawyer questions Siddhu and Bandya about Anvita’s disappearance. She also accuses them of being involved in this conspiracy. She also warns them about the consequences. Siddhu and Bandya request her to believe them that Anvita didn’t run away. Bandya then notices a nervous Chidiya, so he confronts her along with Siddhu. Chidiya lies she isn’t involved in whatever happened, but they refuse to believe her. Siddhu sees Suhas and Hetal together, and he gets upset with Chidiya for falling for Hetal’s words just like Suhas.
On the other side, Virat tells an unconscious Anvita that he knows the latter won’t listen to him, so he has no other option but to kidnap her so that he can able to talk to her. After reaching his place, Virat tells an unconscious Anvita that no one can able to separate them. He then wakes Anvita up, who gets shocked seeing Virat. She lashes out at him and decides to leave. But Virat pleads with her to listen to him once. Anvita refuses. She expresses her hatred for Virat for abandoning her on their engagement day. She further speaks high of Sanjay, who married her, knowing that she will not love him. Virat asks her not to believe Sanjay, but Anvita refuses to hear anything against Sanjay calling Virat as a liar. So Virat questions Anvita for wearing the 7 rings he made her wear it. Anvita returned all the rings and broke the promises. Virat gets heartbroken.
Here, Sanjay learns through a man that Virat has kidnapped Anvita, so he orders his subordinate to locate Virat. Back at Virat’s place, Virat pleads with Anvita not to believe Sanjay, who made him run away from the engagement. Anvita demands explanation, so Virat ends up confessing about his dark secret of him involved in stealing the cars, because of which Siddhu and Bandya landed in trouble. Anvita gets shocked.
Precap: The lawyer decides to inform the court about Anvita’s disappearance, ignoring Siddhu and Bandya’s plea. Later, Madhuri asks Sanjay to break his marriage with Anvita. Sanjay and Anvita look at each other.
