The episode starts with Chidiya entering the house sadly. Hetal asks her to have food. Chidiya says she isn’t hungry. Hetal asks her the reason, so Chidiya says that Virat is getting engaged to Dhruvi. Hetal advises Chidiya not to ignore food, then she goes inside. Chiku asks Chidiya how their best friend Virat can leave Anvita and marry Dhruvi. He says that he will talk about Anvita and Virat’s marriage and rushes outside. But both Siddhu and Bandya warn and scold Chiku, along with Chidiya, saying both Sanjay and Virat aren’t good for Anvita. They both then leave. Hetal decides to stop Virat from getting engaged to Dhruvi because Virat’s suitable match is Anvita.
Later in the cafe, Dhruvi discusses her engagement plan with Anvita and Diya. Diya mocks her, but Anvita smiles upon hearing it. Dhruvi shows her engagement ring, which makes Anvita recall her and Virat’s moment. Dhruvi then starts asking Anvita’s opinion about her engagement dress. Using this opportunity, Anvita’s siblings take Dhruvi’s engagement ring in the cafe and hide it in a chocolate box. The flashback shows Hetal instructing the kids that they should break off Dhruvi and Virat’s engagement.
Dhruvi gets worried not finding her ring, but Anvita calms her down, saying they will find it. She then asks her siblings to help Dhruvi find her ring and goes to fulfill a customer’s order. She finds Dhruvi’s engagement ring in the chocolate box, which confuses her. But she returns the ring to Dhruvi, who is relieved and thanks Anvita, expressing her gratitude.
Sanjay arrives at the cafe. Chiku determines to slap him, but Chidiya takes him away under Anvita’s instructions. Anvita goes out of the cafe, followed by Sanjay. The latter apologizes to her and pleads with her to return home, asking for another chance. Anvita taunts him for his insincere apology. She also says she won’t become a role model to Chidiya if she goes home, forgetting everything. No man has the right to raise his hands on a woman. Sanjay gets upset. He blames Virat for his actions, but Anvita tells him that he, not Virat, is his own problem. Sanjay smiles mockingly and asks Anvita to return to him because Virat is getting engaged to Dhruvi. Anvita laughs and tells Sanjay that Virat will marry Dhruvi, and she is happy for Virat, but she won’t return to him. She further asks him never to visit her cafe again, then leaves.
Afterward, the kids mess up Dhruvi’s makeup kit, and she gets worried because she has to meet Virat’s mother. Anvita helps Dhruvi. Her siblings get upset that Anvita is spoiling their plan, so they call Hetal to help them. Hetal agrees. Later, Dhruvi and Virat bring Urvashi to Anvita’s café. Urvashi indirectly mocks Anvita. Virat taunts her. Anvita intervenes and says they can discuss the arrangements, then she takes Urvashi and Dhruvi with her. Hetal arrives and confronts Virat, who tells her that he is fulfilling Anvita’s wish. Hetal gets upset that both Virat and Anvita are trying to sacrifice their love for each other. She is determined not to let them do this, so she goes and troubles Urvashi, knowing what’s going to happen the next day. A confused Dhruvi questions Hetal’s statement while Anvita gets worried.
Precap: Anvita learns about Hetal and the kids’ plan, so she warns them not to do anything of the sort. During the engagement ceremony, Anvita is seen comforting Dhruvi. Everyone is shocked when photos of Virat and Anvita start displaying in the cafe.
Our take: Anvita taking a stand against Sanjay’s harassment is a much-needed message to society. Hetal and the kids are determined to stop the engagement; though their first two plans have failed, they are still hopeful. With Anvita helping Dhruvi get engaged to Virat and Hetal and the kids planning to stop the engagement, it will be interesting to see the upcoming episode.
