The episode starts with Reet bringing Dhruv to the hospital for Unnati’s first sonogram and make him hear Unnati’s baby heart beat. Reet says to Dhruv that this baby is proof of their two families being together and comments on it. Reet convinces Dhruv to accept Unnati and the baby. Dhruv agrees. Unnati apologises to Dhruv.
Reet gives Aarthi to Dhruv and Unnati and invites them into the Chowdary house. Unnati says to Anuradha how much she has missed them. Anuradha says she has also missed her. Anuradha asks Dhruv to take Unnati to their room. Dhruv agrees.
Anuradha says to Reet that she has fixed Dhruv and Unnati’s problem and says it is time for her to fix her marriage with Raghav. Reet stays silent.
Sharda sees Viren looking happy. Sharda comments on Viren as she is unhappy with Dhruv and Unnati getting together but he is here smiling to himself. Viren comments on Sharda and shows to
Sharda the divorce papers that Raghav and Reet has signed. Viren says now they will submit these papers in the court and by the time Reet and Raghav want to be together they will be divorced within 6 months. Sharda praises Viren hearing his plan and says they have 6 months to throw Reet out of their lives.
Chowdary family asks Unnati to eat the food. Unnati waits for Dhruv. Dhruv looks at the dress when he wore to the prom night and recalls Unnati’s betrayal.
Dhruv later comes sits at the dining table. Reet says to Dhruv that Unnati is saying that she will not eat any food until Dhruv feeds food to her. Dhruv feeds food to Unnati but when Unnati tries to feed the Dhruv. Dhruv says to Unnati it is not easy for him to forget about everything and asks Unnati to bear him if she can or do what she thinks is right. Dhruv leaves from there. Reet consoles Unnati and says everything will be fine and asks Unnati to give some time to Dhruv. Unnati agrees.
Sharda shows to Raghav what gifts she is going to send to Chowdary house for Unnati. Raghav is shown to be distracted thinking about Reet. Pratap comes and takes Raghav away from there.
Dhruv asks his staff why are 5 cartons missing. One of his colleagues say that he has taken away the cartons and asks Dhruv to keep quiet about it. Dhruv fires him from the job. Reet witnesses it. Reet later praises Dhruv and says he is going to be a great father. Dhruv asks Reet what about her and her life. Reet stays silent hearing it.
Pratap plays a game with Raghav. Pratap asks Raghav to stop lying to himself and says he can see how much he is affected with Reet leaving him. Pratap suggests Raghav to bring Reet back into his life. Raghav agrees to do it and decides to bring back Reet back into his life at any cost.
