The episode starts with Reet seeing Anuradha and the rest are making Gujiya. Unnati says she also has made Gujiya and shows it to Reet. Reet says they are looking great. Smita asks Unnati not to put it in the internet and says others will copy her. Unnati says then she will put it in the internet. Suman says to Unnati not to do it and says those Gujiya are not looking good. Unnati says it is a good thing they are not fake praising her. Unnati says from when she was a kid the people around always fake praised her and says that might be the reason why Dhruv has distanced himself from her. Unnati says she wants to be a Chowdary just like them not Suryavanshi anymore. Unnati leaves from there. Suman says to Reet that Unnati has changed into Chowdary and asks Reet when will she turn into Suryavanshi. Suman asks Reet when will she go to Suryavanshi mansion. Reet stays silent.
Raghav is shown to be decorating his room to welcome back Reet. Raghav dreams of Reet coming to his room and giving him a chance and comments on it. Raghav later comes out of his dream and thinks he will bring back Reet into his life at any cost.
Reet puts flowers in a vase. Anuradha says to Reet that she has noticed that there isn’t even a single gujiya stolen when she is here. Anuradha says to Reet that it is the first time this has happened. Anuradha says to Reet that she knows why this happened and says Reet’s body is here but her heart is with Raghav. Reet says to Anuradha that she is thinking too much and says her heart is with her. Reet sees Raghav has come to Chowdary house.
Anuradha invites Raghav into his home. Raghav says to Anuradha that he came to take Reet back home. Smita says she will go and bring Reet’s luggage. Reet stops Smita. Reet comments on Raghav as he never thought of her of more than his guarantee wife. Reet says to Raghav that she thought if she puts her everything into their relationship then she can move forward from this guarantee wife tag and make a place in his heart but he proved her wrong and comments on it. Reet says to Raghav that she will not go to Suryavanshi Mansion with him. Anuradha advises Reet against it. Reet says to Anuradha that they are already divorced on papers and comments on it. Raghav hearing it gets ready to leave. Anuradha gets a heart attack.
The Chowdary family and Raghav admit Anuradha in the hospital. Reet blames herself for Anuradha’s condition. Raghav comforts her. The doctor comes out and says Anuradha has got heart attack due to excessive stress and says two arteries are blocked and they have to do angioplasty and says it is very expensive. Raghav and Reet ask the doctor not to worry about the money and do the procedure. The doctor agrees.
Raghav tries to pay the hospital bill of Anuradha but Reet says they do not need his money.
