The episode starts with Raghav checking his wardrobe and thinking he lost an important Walia case file because of Reet’s stupidity.
Reet gets a phone call and cuts the call. Vardha comes and asks Reet who she is. Vardha’s henchman arrives and tells Vardha that he called the old lady here to do the cleaning work. Vardha asks his henchman what she is doing upstairs. The henchman asks Reet to go downstairs.
Reet overhears Vardha and his henchman’s conversation and learns that the fake medicine is ready to be delivered to the hospital. Reet realizes that the fake medicine is being manufactured here. She accidentally falls to the floor and is caught by Vardha and his henchman. Vardha finds the audio recorder and realizes she is a reporter. Vardha removes Reet’s disguise.
Smita goes to Unnati and informs her that her friends have arrived. Unnati goes to meet them. Unnati’s friends ask her how she can live in such a garbage-filled house. Sharda thinks that now that Unnati’s friends have gone to Chowdary’s house, Unnati will be humiliated and Reet will take the blame for it.
Reet throws the medicine powder into everyone’s eyes and tries to escape. She calls Viraj and asks him to bring the car. Viraj agrees.
Viraj calls Raghav to seek his help as Reet is in danger. Raghav answers Viraj’s call. Viraj tells Raghav that Reet is in danger and tries to explain where they are, but Vardha cuts the call. Vardha catches Viraj and tells Reet to surrender herself, or he will kill her friend. Reet, having no other choice, surrenders to Vardha.
The Chowdary family shows hospitality to Unnati’s friends. Unnati feels embarrassed seeing her friends struggle in this house.
Vardha tells Reet that he makes fake medicine here and replaces it with real medicine in the government hospital. He then sells the real medicine in the market and makes a lot of money. Reet asks Vardha if that is why he uses Suryavanshi construction trucks to transport the fake medicine. Vardha agrees and comments on it. Reet says he won’t be able to make that delivery. It is shown that Viraj has sent all the Suryavanshi trucks away by giving them another address.
Vardha realizes Viraj is a reporter, so he forces him to do the fake medicine delivery, or he will kill Reet. Viraj agrees to do it. Reet thinks she can’t allow innocent people to die. She calls Raghav and tells him that these people are going to kill her. Raghav asks Reet to tell him her location. Vardha takes the phone before she can answer and cuts the call.
Raghav asks Bhaumik to find out where Reet has gone. Bhaumik agrees.
Raghav goes to Girish and asks where Reet is. Girish says that Reet has gone to gather evidence against Vardha. Raghav asks Bhaumik to find out where Vardha is. Bhaumik agrees.
Viraj steals the phone from Vardha’s henchman and calls Raghav, telling him Reet’s location. Vardha’s henchman takes the phone and hits Viraj. The henchman then notices that there are bricks in the delivery boxes, not medicine. It is revealed that Reet swapped the medicine with bricks. The henchman calls and informs Vardha about it.
Vardha tells Reet that no one can save her. Reet, holding a torch in her hand, threatens to burn his medicine.
