The episode starts with Pruthvi saying to Raghav that he wanted to thank Reet but he wasn’t able to do it. Pruthvi says to Raghav how Reet came home looking tired but she cooked for all of them. Pruthvi says to Raghav that he should atleast say thanks for what Reet has done for him. Raghav says to Pruthvi that he made a lot of mistakes in the past by making Reet not getting her job. Pruthvi asks Raghav if he is going to get Reet her job back. Raghav says no. Raghav says he is not going to tell what he going to do but he will prove with his actions. Pruthvi agrees.
The mechanic says to Unnati that the stove has been fixed. Unnati thanks the mechanic and he leaves from there.
Anuradha asks Unnati if the mechanic has fixed the stove. Anuradha thinks Reet should have sent the mechanic. Unnati says Dhruv has called the mechanic and he gave Rs 200 to the mechanic and handled everything. Dhruv comes to Unnati and tries to tell Unnati that he hasn’t called the mechanic but Unnati signals Dhruv not to do it. Anuradha praises Dhruv he learnt how to handle house from Reet really well. Anuradha leaves from there.
Dhruv asks Unnati why hasn’t she allowed him to tell Anuradha and Suman that he hasn’t called the mechanic. Unnati says everyone in this house thinks only Reet can do something good for this house but not him and she doesn’t like it and that is why she asked him to hide the truth. Dhruv says nobody thinks like that and comments on it.
It is shown Sharda calls Unnati and says to Unnati that she is sending mechanic to her home and says she should make Dhruv feel like he is not inferior to Reet. Unnati agrees.
Anuradha calls Reet and gives her good news that she got a job in National icon news channel. Reet gets excited hearing it.
The MLA does felicitation ceremony for Kesari for his work on exposing Vardha. Kesari later plays a short video to show his work but in the video there are photos of him and Vardha. Raghav comes and says to MLA that Kesari is cahoots with Vardha that is why he is able to do the sting operation on him. Kesari slips his tongue and says Reet has done the sting operation not him. The MLA hearing it comments on Kesari and asks daily news channel to fire Kesari. Kesari vows to take revenge on Raghav and Reet.
Reet comes to national icon news channel and she sees she has gotten job as junior news editor and she feels she got it by recommendation and she checks the board of directors list and in it she sees Neeta chawla’s name. Reet understands how she got this job.
Reet calls Neeta and asks Neeta if she can meet her. Neeta agrees.
Dhruv makes a delivery in Reet’s office. Dhruv hides his face from Reet when he sees her there.
Raghav comes home and asks Sharda where is Reet. Sharda says Reet has gone to her new job. Raghav agrees and leaves from there. Sharda later puts up an act with Viren asking him not to tell Raghav that Reet got this job at the recommendation of Neeta. Raghav overhears their conversation.
Sharda later learns from Poonam that Reet has gone to meet Neeta. Sharda comes and says to Raghav about it. Raghav gets upset hearing it.
