The episode starts with Sharda asking Reet to come home evening on time to meet Guruma. Reet agrees.
Raghav sits in his car and gets ready to leave to his office. Reet sits in the car and asks Raghav to drive the car. Raghav says to Reet that he is already being late for the office and asks Reet to get down. Reet says to Raghav that she will not leave until she feeds him this food. Raghav says then he will leave from here. Raghav gets down from the car. Reet stops Raghav and asks Raghav what is his problem. Raghav says to Reet that he doesn’t like it when she is pitying him mag comments on it. Reet says to Raghav that she isn’t pitying him. Reet says to Raghav that she is only trying to cheer him up as a friend and comments on it. Raghav hearing it allows Reet to feed him food.
Dhruv asks Unnati what is she thinking about. Unnati says to Dhruv that he is already troubled with his job and she doesn’t want to trouble him even more. Dhruv still asks Unnati about it. Unnati complaints to Dhruv as she can’t go to a salon to do manicure and pedicure. Dhruv asks Unnati to close her eyes and gifts her a locket. Unnati looks at the locket and says it is great and thanks him.
Reet comes to Viraj and seeks his help in finding about Raghav’s mother using the locket. Viraj agrees to help Reet and gets to work.
Sharda calls Unnati and asks Unnati to come to Suryavanshi mansion with Dhruv and says Guruma is coming to their home. Unnati says she will not be able to come. Suman encourages Unnati to go to
Suryavanshi mansion to meet Guruma.
A guy comes to Dhruv and offers him a bribe. Dhruv refuses the bribe.
Unnati spills oil on the floor and calls for Suman. Suman comes and steps in the oil and falls on the floor. Unnati acts as if she cares for Suman infront of Chowdary family and says to them that she will stay back to take care of Suman. Suman praises Unnati.
Reet comes to Chowdary house and she learns from Anuradha that Dhruv gifted Unnati a locket.
Reet asks Unnati what surprise Dhruv gave her. Unnati shows her the pendant, shocking Reet. Just then, Dhruv arrives home. Reet questions him about the locket, but he hides the truth and claims he bought it. Reet insists that it’s impossible.
Annoyed, Unnati asks Reet to stop treating them like criminals. She taunts Reet, saying, “If you’re jealous, I’ll ask my brother to gift you one too.” Reet, however, remains firm and questions Dhruv again about the locket. He refuses to reveal the truth and walks away.
Meanwhile, Viraj calls Reet and informs her that he checked all the local jewelry shops, but none of them have a locket with that antique design. Reet decides to continue her search and cuts the call. She wonders how to find Raghav’s mother and heal his past wounds. Suddenly, she recalls a photograph and remembers seeing a message about Neeta Chawla’s photos from Vasudha’s wedding, where she was with Aunty Sharda and Chandrika. Connecting the dots, Reet thinks, If she knows Aunty Sharda, then she must know Raghav’s mother too. Determined, she decides to seek answers from Mrs. Chawla.
Reet visits Mrs. Chawla, who warmly welcomes her with special arrangements. Grateful, Reet thanks her. Mrs. Chawla then offers to serve Reet some cake, but as she moves, she suddenly feels dizzy. However, she manages to control herself.
Reet then tells Mrs. Chawla that she wants to know about Raghav’s mother and is about to show her the photograph when Mrs. Chawla suddenly collapses, unconscious. Alarmed, Reet rushes her to the hospital. There, she anxiously tells the doctor that she is worried about Neeta. The doctor looks at her and reveals, “Neeta has advanced blood cancer. Didn’t she tell you?” Reet is left in shock.
