The episode begins with Raghav talking to Reet, telling her that she has his secrets, just as he has hers. Reet asks Raghav if he isn’t curious about her father’s case, as not everyone is accused of murder. Raghav responds that, despite her flaws, she is honest. Reet teases him, asking if he just complimented her by mistake. She then shares that she became a reporter to seek justice for her father, as he was never able to prove his innocence. Raghav makes a remark about her and walks away. Determined, Reet decides to find out who put eggs in the curry.
Meanwhile, Poonam approaches Divya and accuses her of being the one who added eggs to the dish. Divya denies the accusation and warns Poonam not to make false claims. However, Poonam insists that she saw Divya taking eggs from the delivery boy. She warns Divya that she will inform Sharda and leaves.
Divya, worried, rushes to Viren and tells him that Poonam is going to expose the truth to Sharda. She threatens that if anyone questions her, she will reveal that Viren was the one who ordered the eggs and gave her the idea to mix them into Param’s death anniversary food.
Meanwhile, Reet searches through the garbage to find evidence and discovers a receipt. She calls the delivery boy and learns that the eggs were delivered to Divya.
Reet then confronts Divya and asks why she put eggs in the curry. She questions if Divya is still holding a grudge against her for sending her brother to jail. Reet clarifies that her brother was imprisoned because of his own actions.
At that moment, Sharda and her husband arrive. Sharda asks what’s going on. Reet reveals that Divya is responsible for adding eggs to the food. She explains that she called the delivery boy, who confirmed that Divya accepted the eggs. Sharda’s husband demands the truth from Divya.
Before Divya can respond, Poonam steps forward and takes the blame, claiming that she ordered the eggs for Viren. She explains that she had boiled them and placed them on a shelf, suggesting they might have fallen in by accident. Reet protests, saying the delivery boy specifically mentioned giving the eggs to the family’s younger daughter-in-law. Divya challenges Reet, asking how the delivery boy could possibly know who the younger daughter-in-law is. She then taunts Reet and walks away, followed by Sharda.
Later, Reet confronts Poonam and asks why she took the blame. Poonam glances at Viren and recalls how he had taken her to a room and beaten her with a belt for supporting Reet. Hiding her bruises, Poonam silently walks away.
That night, Reet enters her room and finds her suitcase open. Thinking there is a thief, she shouts, “Thief!” Raghav quickly covers her mouth.
Reet, startled, says she thought someone had broken in after seeing her luggage open and didn’t realize it was Raghav. Raghav makes a sarcastic remark and then tells her that he cleared some shelves in his cupboard for her clothes. Seeing this as a friendly gesture, Reet teases him. Raghav dismisses her overthinking and tells her to just put her clothes away.
As Reet organizes her belongings, she finds Raghav’s mother’s diary. Reading through it, she realizes that Raghav’s mother deeply cares for both Raghav and Unnati. This makes her wonder why everyone considers her a bad mother. She decides to investigate but then remembers Sharda’s words and changes her mind. Raghav notices her hesitation and asks what she is hiding.
Meanwhile, Anuradha asks the family what they would like for breakfast the next morning. Suman sarcastically suggests that Anuradha ask Unnati, mocking her for always complaining. This leads to an argument between Suman and Unnati, with Suman accusing Unnati of revealing details about Reet’s father to the family.
Dhruv steps in, saying he is certain that Unnati didn’t tell anyone because she knows how to keep a secret. Anuradha agrees and reassures Unnati of her trust. Frustrated, Suman storms off.
Back in Reet’s room, she tries to hide Raghav’s mother’s diary from him. However, Raghav snatches the item from her hands, only to find it is just a piece of paper.
