The episode starts with Jagriti thanking Akash in her heart as he mixed water with mustard seeds and sugar, which allows her to separate the mustard seeds from the sugar. Jagriti puts a cloth down and separates the mustard seeds from the water.
Ganga tells Akash that by apologizing to Jagriti after realizing his mistake, he will become a better person. Akash agrees.
Ratna teases Bindi about getting married to Harish. Bindi is shown to have mehndi on her hands. Kachori comes and tells Bindi that Durjan said no ritual will happen without Jagriti being there. Kachori says it will take time for Jagriti to come to the Chitta community. Bindi insists that she will go and get Jagriti. Ratna asks Bindi not to go, but Bindi still goes looking for Jagriti.
Akash prepares a sorry card for Jagriti. Kalikant’s mother comes into the kitchen and asks Jagriti how she dares to eat fruit. Jagriti responds to her comment. Jamuna asks Jagriti about the task given to her by Kalikant’s mother. Jagriti says she has already completed that task and explains to Kalikant’s mother how she accomplished it. Jagriti later leaves for the Chitta community with Kalikant’s mother’s permission. Akash comes to the kitchen and learns that Jagriti has left for the Chitta community.
Bindi sees Jagriti crossing the road and calls out to her as a car is about to hit Jagriti. Amol stops the car and gets out. He sees Jagriti and comments about her. Bindi makes sure Jagriti is alright and stops Amol from lashing out at her, asking him to forgive Jagriti. Amol looks at Bindi and ogles at her. Bindi takes Jagriti and leaves.
Jagriti asks Bindi if she applied mehndi to her hands to marry Harish. Bindi asks Jagriti how she knows about it. Jagriti says Durjan told her and comments on it. Jagriti asks Bindi what she will do when her real mother, who is in the sky, comes down. Bindi tells Jagriti that her mother in the sky asked her to be Jagriti’s mother until she comes down from the sky. Hearing this, Jagriti agrees to Bindi and Harish’s marriage.
Amol looks at the mehndi stain on his shirt and thinks about Bindi. Geeta asks Amol why there is a stain on his shirt and if he ran into a criminal. Amol says he ran into Jagriti’s mother. Geeta asks about Bindi. Amol asks Geeta if she knows Jagriti’s mother. Geeta says no and comments on it. Amol says he doesn’t understand their connection with Jagriti, as they run into her every time, and comments on it. Amol reveals to Geeta how Jagriti was nearly run over by his car. Geeta later feels relieved to hear that she is fine.
Suraj comes to Akash’s room and sees the blanket on the bed, thinking Akash is sleeping. Suraj complains to Kalikant about it. Ganga says she will go and check. Akash is shown to be in the jungle, heading to the Chitta community to apologize to Jagriti.
Jagriti comes and greets Harish. Harish tells Jagriti that nothing will change after the marriage and comments on it. Jagriti tells Harish what Bindi said to her.
Bindi is shown having her haldi ceremony. Kachori talks to Jagriti and says that Bindi is going to become her stepmother, adding that stepmothers are always cruel. Jagriti replies that Bindi loves her. Kachori responds that all love will end once Bindi becomes a stepmother.
