The episode starts with Jagriti telling Kachori that she will go to Kalikant’s house tonight to do all the work and get some time so that she can get an education tomorrow. Kachori agrees. Jagriti and Kachori overhear the Chitta people dividing work for Harish’s marriage. Ballu and his wife mock Harish, saying that he is handicapped and can’t take phere with Bindi. Ballu says he will carry Harish and help him take the phere. Upon hearing this, Jagriti decides not to go to Kalikant’s house tonight and instead make a wheelchair for Harish.
Akash apologizes to Ganga for going to the jungle without telling her and promises he will never do that again. Ganga expresses her worries for him and asks Akash to never do that again. Akash agrees.
Kalikant and his mother are worried about the enquiry commission’s decision. Kalikant’s mother tells him not to worry about the enquiry commission’s judgment and reminds him that he is the law here.
Jagriti is shown making a wheelchair for Harish. Kachori brings her a glass of water and urges her to go to sleep, saying she can work on the wheelchair tomorrow. Jagriti insists on completing the wheelchair tonight and plans to go to Kalikant’s house tomorrow to learn with Akash. She comments that she doesn’t want Harish to take Ballu’s help to take the phere.
The next day, in court, Inspector Pratap Singh gives the good news to Kalikant that the enquiry committee ruled in his favor and gave him a clean chit. Kalikant feels happy upon hearing this. Inspector Pratap Singh leaves.
Kalikant sees Geeta and greets her. He taunts Geeta, saying that the enquiry committee gave him a clean chit. Kalikant expresses his happiness at seeing her as the magistrate and comments that if she had been in the position where he met her last time, she wouldn’t be where she is today. Geeta responds to Kalikant’s remarks. He tells her to stop thinking about the past and try to fight against him. Amol arrives and greets Kalikant. Geeta leaves. Amol tells Kalikant that it took some time, but he ensured the enquiry committee ruled in his favor. Kalikant and Amol leave for Kalikant’s house.
Harish asks Mangala where Jagriti has gone. Kachori brings the wheelchair and says Jagriti has gone to Kalikant’s house. Harish asks Kachori if Jagriti made this wheelchair. Kachori explains that Jagriti stayed up the whole night to make the wheelchair because she didn’t want Harish to take Ballu’s help to take the phere. Bindi praises Jagriti upon hearing this.
Jagriti asks Jamuna to tell her what to do right away, and Jamuna agrees. Jagriti does the housework. Later, she talks to Akash and learns that a teacher is coming to Kalikant’s house. Jagriti takes out her slate and sits with Suraj and Akash, expressing her desire for an education. Suraj says he will not study with this Chitta. Kalikant’s mother confronts Jagriti, asking how dare she think about studying with her grandsons, and decides to punish Jagriti by burning her face with an iron box. Kalikant stops his mother and asks Jagriti who encouraged her to get an education in this house. Ganga steps forward and claims she did. Ganga reminds Kalikant and his mother how they saw Jagriti’s memory power, asserting that if Jagriti gets an education, it will be good for her. Kalikant takes Jagriti’s slate to the fire and orders Ganga to burn it. With no choice, Ganga burns the slate, leaving Jagriti distressed at the sight.
