The episode starts with Suraj confessing to Jagriti that he didn’t want her to marry Akash, which is why he interfered. Jagriti demands to know why Suraj didn’t want the marriage to happen, but Suraj remains silent. Jagriti scolds Suraj, and though he apologizes, she tells him he has ruined her life and vows never to forgive him. She then asks Suraj who made her sit in Sapna’s place at the mandap. Suraj recalls Bhairav Bhal but lies to Jagriti, saying he doesn’t know who did it.
Later, Suraj meets Bhairav Bhal and shares a drink with him. Bhairav tells Suraj he wants to explain why he took the photo. He reveals that he found Jagriti when she was 9 years old and never wanted her to feel like an outsider, so he hid the photo and told Jagriti she was the daughter of his manager. Suraj questions Bhairav, asking if he truly didn’t know Jagriti was a Chitta. Bhairav feigns ignorance and asks what Suraj is talking about. Suraj accuses Bhairav of lying, saying that Trisha told him the truth — that Bhairav was the one who dressed Jagriti as Sapna and made her sit at the mandap. Bhairav denies it, insisting Suraj is mistaken and suggesting that Trisha might have lied to protect the real culprit. Suraj believes Bhairav’s words and starts to doubt Trisha.
Meanwhile, Akash meets Kalikant, who asks Kalindi to prepare a drink for Akash. Kalindi complies and gives the drink to him. Kalikant tells Akash he wants to understand what’s happening in his life.
Kalindi later goes to Sapna and reveals that she mixed a drug into Akash’s drink. She asks Sapna what effect the drug will have. Sapna explains that the drug will make Akash unable to resist coming to her. Kalindi questions Sapna’s urgency, and Sapna explains that while Akash isn’t seeking a divorce now because of Kalikant, he might change his mind in the future. To secure her position, Sapna wants to get pregnant with Akash’s child, so he won’t consider divorcing her. Kalindi praises Sapna for her cunning plan.
Back at home, Kalikant advises Akash to forget about Jagriti and let go of his love for her, as she is now married to Suraj. He adds that if someone like Jagriti had treated him that way, he would have taught her a lesson.
Suraj returns home injured. Ganga notices blood on his shoulder and calls Jagriti to tend to his wound. Realizing that Suraj got hurt because of her, Jagriti reluctantly agrees to help. Ganga leaves them alone, and Jagriti takes Suraj to his room to dress his wound. Meanwhile, Akash sees them together and remembers Kalikant’s words.
Jagriti presses Suraj for the truth again, demanding to know who made her sit at the mandap. Suraj insists that Trisha lied to protect the real culprit and claims that, after speaking to Bhairav, he believes Bhairav knows nothing about it.
Later, Akash confronts Jagriti, furious over her supposed betrayal. In a fit of rage, he drags Jagriti away and aggressively removes her dupatta.
