Suraj praises Jagriti on stage, admitting that her love and values have transformed him for the better. Overwhelmed, Jagriti blows a flying kiss to Suraj in front of everyone. However, the joyous moment turns tragic when Suraj suddenly collapses on stage, leaving everyone stunned.
Jagriti rushes Suraj to the hospital, where the doctor reveals that an urgent surgery is needed but his rare blood group isn’t available in any nearby hospital. Without hesitation, Jagriti pleads with the doctor to take her blood, willing to risk her own life to save her husband. The doctor warns her of the danger, but Jagriti insists that her life means nothing if Suraj doesn’t survive.
As Suraj regains consciousness, Jagriti lovingly kisses his hand — but to her shock, Suraj pushes her away. Declaring that he is a Thakur and she is merely a Chitta, Suraj’s behavior stuns everyone. In a fit of rage, he even tries to choke Jagriti before Ganga and others intervene to save her.
