The episode begins with Riddhi deciding to tell thanks to Neel. Neel asks her about the check that she promised to give. She tells him he will get it after the court marriage. She asks him to read the contract papers too before the marriage. She says this marriage is for 6 months, and they will be separated after that. He tells her she will get what she wants, and he will get what he wants. She thinks for a second she thought poor people have good hearts too, but she was wrong, and Neel proved poor people do everything for money. He thinks he is doing everything for revenge. She tells him they will meet in the court at 10 am. He asks her to not forget the check. She tells him she will never forget her commitment. He leaves from there.
Kanchan sees Neel and Riddhi talking outside the room. She wonders what Neel is talking to Riddhi about. Simran tells Parameshwari that she is glad Neel was there with the latter. Kamlesh says Neel reaches everywhere. Riddhi enters the room. She recalls how Parameshwari told her to not tell Kanchan about the marriage. Kanchan notices Riddhi and asks why Riddhi is avoiding eye contact. Riddhi says she is tense for Parameshwari; that’s it. Parameshwari thinks Riddhi lied to Kanchan first, so good days are coming. Kanchan thinks something is fishy for sure.
Neel enters Shashaank’s house and sees his family sleeping on the floor. He recalls how he promised to renovate their house and buy a big bed for Gangadhar. He sits beside them and says truth is higher than anything, but he is compromising today. He tells them he has to do this and apologize to them for lying. He says this marriage base is a lie, and he is going to do a contract marriage for 6 months.
Meanwhile, Riddhi apologizes to Kanchan, who is sleeping. She says she planned to tell Kanchan first if she decided to get married then, but she can’t say anything. She adds it’s not marriage but compromise.
The next day, Sumati tells Shashaank’s parents that she will do the cleaning and then she will cook breakfast. Shashaank’s father tells her she need not do anything. He gives breakfast to them. Sumati says she has to do work. Gangadhar says they don’t want to be a burden. Shashaank’s father tells Gangadhar to not talk like that. Sumati asks Neel if he went yesterday or not. Manjari says she saw Neel yesterday night. Gangadhar says Neel would have gone to arrange a house for them to stay in. Sumati says Neel never leaves without telling her.
In the temple, Neel tells God that Kanchan ruined his family and asks why God did not stop Kanchan. He says he tolerated everything but Kanchan crossed the limits. He says sinners will be punished and victims should get justice. He reveals he will expose Kanchan in front of her family.
