After some time, Kanchan tells Neel that he is wasting money, so he should forget about profits. Neel tells her that the company’s real profit is employees happiness. He says everything will change one by one, and it’s just a beginning. Kanchan tells him that he became CEO for two days only. She asks Neel to not forget that’s her cabin. Neel takes the expensive vase from the table and keeps God’s idol there. He says he has God’s blessings, and with that he can do anything in these two days. Kanchan tauntingly tells him she wants to see what he can do in two days. Neel tells her to go home and take rest. He says he has so much work to do and leaves from there. He gathers employees and tells them they can come to him to talk about work whenever they want.
On the other hand, Manjari notices a bruise on her neck. Sumati comes there and tells Manjari that let’s cut the vegetables. She notices the bruise on Manjari’s neck and asks how it happened. Manjari replies that’s nothing. Sumati says it looks like it happened due to a nail. Manjari lies; she fell in the garden on a holiday, and a glass piece cut him. Pratham hears this.
Neel arranges a chai with CEO event and talks to employees one by one. Kanchan sees all this in the CCTV footage. Kamlesh asks why Kanchan is calm after watching this. Kanchan says Neel is wasting his time because he is a fool. She adds Neel should have focused on strategies and plans instead of this.
Neel tells employees that they need quality work, not quantity. He says, Let’s change the company rules. He asks them to go home if they completed their work then. Employees get happy hearing this. Neel tells them no one is a slave there. He says they should not use social media in the company. He asks them to complete their work with dedication and go home. Kanchan and Kamlesh get shocked hearing this.
Neel tells employees that they are working for profits, not to stay in the boss’s good books. He asks them to complete the work and spend time with families. He says work is part of their life, not their life. He adds their lifestyle should not get affected due to work. Employees clap. Neel tells them to continue the work.
Kanchan gets angry at Neel. Kamlesh says employees become Neel’s fans. Kanchan says clients matter for profits, not employees.
Later, employees complete their work and leave the company. The client enters the company. Neel welcomes him. The client asks whether they closed the company. Neel replies employees went home after completing the work. The client shows the wine that Kanchan and Riddhi launched recently. He asks Neel to drink wine and say how it is.
