Episode begins with Riddhi tells Neel to apologize to Kanchan, keeping his ego aside. Neel goes on his knees and apologizes to Kanchan. Riddhi gets surprised seeing this. Neel says there is no ego, and he is not ashamed to apologize to Kanchan because she is his mother’s age. He asks Kanchan to bless him. He tells Riddhi that he apologized, and it’s Kanchan’s decision to forgive him or not. He adds he will go and continue his work. Riddhi tells him this is just part 1 of punishment and part 2 is pending.
On the other hand, Sumati recalls how Riddhi said she will force Neel to leave the job. She burns her hand by mistake. Manjari pours water on Sumati’s hand and asks what happened. She says she knows Sumati is worried about Neel. She adds Neel to know to teach a lesson to others. Sumati says Neel knows this job is important for them, so he will tolerate anything but won’t leave the job. She calls Neel, but there is no response from the other side, so she gets worried. Manjari asks Sumati to not worry.
Neel tells Riddhi that he did wrong, so he will do whatever she tells him to do. He requests that she not fire him because he needs this job badly. Kanchan tells him they give double salary compared to other companies, so she knows this job is important for Neel. Riddhi tells Neel to clean the office. She says Neel has 2 hours for that. Neel tells her he will clean it in an hour.
Neel starts cleaning the office. Riddhi and Vicky see this. Kanchan decides to go to Riddhi’s cabin to find the letter. She tries to go out, but Riddhi stops the former. Riddhi says the floor is wet, so Kanchan should not go out of the cabin. Neha gives the phone to Neel. Parameshwari tells Neel to not do cleaning. Neel says no work is small, and he did wrong, so he should complete the punishment. He adds he doesn’t have time to talk and disconnects the call.
Kanchan hopes the letter got destroyed. She thinks she has to make sure the letter got destroyed. Neel comes there and tells Riddhi he finished the cleaning. Riddhi tells him to organize the papers and letters of her cabin. Kanchan goes to Riddhi’s cabin and searches the letter. Then she finds the letter. She is about to take the letter, but Neel takes the letter. Riddhi comes there. Kanchan asks Neel to give the papers to her. Neel tells her today it’s his responsibility to handle all this so she need not worry about anything. He leaves from there with a letter and papers. He irons the papers. Kanchan sees this.
Neel takes the letter to iron. He decides to read the letter and opens it. Kanchan pours water towards him to ruin the letter. Neel holds the iron box and gets shocked. Kanchan gets shocked seeing this. Riddhi comes there and sees this. Kanchan tries to take the letter from Neel. But Riddhi misunderstands; Kanchan is trying to save Neel. She beat Neel with a wooden stick. Neel faints.
