The episode begins with Kanchan telling Neel that employees are still working for her. She orders employees to not help Neel and leave from there. But employees stand beside Neel, and they say they will support Neel. Kanchan tells the employees that she will fire them. The employee asks Kanchan to fire them when she becomes CEO tomorrow. Kanchan tells Neel that if he messes up anything, then she won’t spare him.
After some time, Kanchan enters the house. Kamlesh asks whether Neel stopped the campaign. Kanchan goes inside without saying anything. Parameshwari asks Kamlesh to not worry because Neel will handle everything.
Neel tells the employee that they should send the wine bottles in two hours. Neel goes home to take the file. Parameshwari tells Neel to sit with them. Neel asks her what she is doing. Parameshwari tells Neel about the festival. Simran asks what Sumati is doing. Sumati tells Simran that she is making ‘gudi padwa.’ Manjari tells Simran that she will put that outside the house tomorrow. Sumati says Neel will put it like always. Neel says goodness will win and no one can defeat him in this battle. Kanchan hears everything. Neel leaves from there. Kanchan calls someone.
Neel reaches the office. He tells employees that they should send wine bottles to the hotel on time. They keep the boxes in the tempo. Later, the employee tells Neel that they dispatched all the boxes.
Meanwhile, Riddhi enters her house. Kanchan says Riddhi was supposed to come tomorrow. Riddhi tells Kanchan that her meeting is over. Kanchan says it seems like Riddhi doesn’t know what’s happening there. Riddhi asks what happened. Kanchan tells everything to Riddhi.
Later, Riddhi reaches the office. Neel asks Riddhi when she came. Riddhi asks Neel what he did. She says Neel got two days to prove he can become a good CEO, but they lost a client due to Neel. She asks Neel whether he knows how much she worked hard to get Brij’s deal. Neel says Riddhi need not worry because he will bring Brij. Riddhi asks him how he will do that. She says Brij will find out Neel doesn’t deserve to be CEO. She asks Neel who will work with him. She sees a wine bottle and scolds Neel for his campaign idea.
Neel tells her that this campaign idea will work. Riddhi tells him her company can be destroyed due to his campaign idea. Neel tells her profits can become double due to this campaign. Riddh tells him to stop this campaign right now. Neel asks her to try to understand him and trust him. Riddhi tells him employees will lose their jobs if they face loss then. Neel tells her he won’t stop the campaign. He says he is still CEO of this company and he won’t stop the campaign. He asks Riddhi to trust him.
