Episode begins with Riddhi slaps Pratham for his behavior towards Gangadhar. She tells him to apologize to Gangadhar. But Pratham leaves from there without saying anything. Riddhi apologizes to Gangadhar on behalf of Pratham. She says they can’t misbehave with elders. Gangadhar tells her she need not apologize, and he blesses her. He leaves from there with his family.
Sumati tells Neel that he proved he is Gangadhar’s son. She asks him why he saved Kanchan and Riddhi. Gangadhar asks her to stop it. Neel tells them to go home. He says he will come after talking to Parameshwari. Neel’s family leaves from there.
Riddhi tells Neel that everything is his plan to humiliate Kanchan. Neel tells her he is HR of her office, not any agent. She reminds him he resigned, so he is not her employee. He asks her when he gave the resignation letter. She tells him he said he resigned. He tells her he says many things, but he doesn’t mean everything. He says he can’t leave a good job. He adds he will meet Riddhi tomorrow in the office and leaves from there.
Kanchan recalls how she apologized to Sumati. Parameshwari comes there and asks why Kanchan threw water on Neel. Kanchan lies; she never did anything like that. Parameswari says Kanchan can’t fool her. She adds she wants to know why Kanchan threw water on Neel. Kanchan sees Riddhi listening to them. She tells Parameswari that she apologized for Riddhi’s sake. She says if she didn’t apologize, then Riddhi would have ended up in jail. She adds she can’t let anything bad happen to Riddhi. Riddhi gets emotional hearing this and hugs Kanchan. She apologizes to Kanchan. She says Kanchan apologized to Sumati for her. Kanchan says a mother can do anything for her child.
Riddhi says after today Kanchan need not compromise for anything. Pratham says he will kill the person who hurt Kanchan. Kanchan tells Parameswari that her children love her so much. She says her children are talking about protecting her when it’s her responsibility to protect them. She adds she is not scared of anything until her children are with her. Riddhi and Pratham hug Kanchan. Parameswari thinks she knows Kanchan’s fake and real tears. She asks God to make sure Riddhi gets married as soon as possible.
On the other hand, Sumati says Riddhi is like Kanchan. Neel tells her he won’t let Riddhi become like Kanchan. He informs her why Parameswari wants him to work in Riddhi’s office. He says Parameswari trusts him, and he won’t break her trust. He adds he will make sure Riddhi gets married. Sumati gives permission. Neel hugs Sumati. Gangadhar thinks Lord Shiv wants Riddhi’s marriage to happen with Neel. Manjari asks why they are not ordering garlands from outside for tomorrow’s puja. Gangadhar tells her this is his ancestor’s house, and it’s really important for him; that’s why they are doing all the work.
The next day, Neel reached Riddhi’s house. Riddhi asks him what he is doing there. Parameswari says she called Neel there.
She adds Neel is not safe with Kanchan and Riddhi, so Neel will work in-house. Riddhi says that can’t happen. Parameswari says she is a shareholder of the office, so she can take decisions. She tells Riddhi to go to the office.
