The episode begins with Kanchan thinks Riddhi will learn she is behind this if Riddhi saw Mahendra’s call history then. She signals Mahendra. Mahendra sees his phone in Riddhi’s hand and asks Riddhi why she took his phone. Riddhi lies: Mahendra’s phone was about to fall down from the table, so she took it. Mahendra snatches his phone from Riddhi and tells her he understands what she is trying to do. He says now he won’t talk to Riddhi and leaves from there. Neel sees all this.
Riddhi tells Neel that she learned Mahendra’s phone password, but it was no use. She says Mahendra will be alert from now on so they can’t prove why Mahendra is lying. Sumati comes there and gives Mahendra’s phone to them. Neel asks Sumati how she got it. Sumati says she heard their conversation, so she exchanged the phones when she kept milk on the table. Neel gets happy and picks Sumati. He praises Sumati. Sumati says she is with Neel and leaves from there. Neel tells Riddhi that he knows she is scared that maybe Kanchan is behind this. He says he just wants to bring the truth out. He opens Mahendra’s phone and shows Kanchan’s phone number to Riddhi.
Kamlesh asks why Kanchan looks happy. Kanchan says police will come to arrest Neel. She adds, A criminal can’t be CEO. She calls Mahendra. She turns around and sees Riddhi with Mahendra’s phone. Riddhi asks whether Kanchan wants to talk to Mahendra. She says she can’t believe Kanchan is behind all this. Kanchan is about to say something. But Riddhi interferes and asks why Kanchan did all this. She says Kanchan did all this to remove Neel from the CEO position without worrying about the company’s reputation.
Kanchan says Neel made Riddhi against her. Neel says he did nothing like that. Kanchan accepts she talked to Mahendra. She asks how Riddhi can believe she is behind all this just because she called Mahendra. She lies; she requested Mahendra to withdraw the case. She says she is trying to save the company, but Riddhi is accusing her. Neel asks why Kanchan hid this from them. Kanchan says she did not want Riddhi to know she was begging Mahendra. Neel says, Let’s call Mahendra there. Riddhi tells him, No need for that. Kanchan pretends like she is not able to breathe. Riddhi and Neel take Kanchan inside.
After some time, Neel wonders what he should do now. Sumati tells him that she wants her phone, which Mahendra took. She reveals her phone has an in-built feature of recording calls. Neel gets happy hearing this. Later, police come to arrest Neel. The police inspector tells Riddhi that he has an arrest warrant against Neel. Neel tells the police inspector that he needs 5 minutes to prove his innocence. The police inspector refuses to give time to Neel. Neel goes to Kanchan’s room and locks the door from inside. He plays the recording of Kanchan and Mahendra’s call.
