The episode begins with Neel charging his phone in the hospital and calling Riddhi. But Riddhi switched off her phone. Neel thinks Riddhi will regret this. Then he calls Kanchan. Kanchan scolds Neel for disturbing her. Neel tells Kanchan that he admitted Parameshwari to the city hospital. He informs her about Parameshwari’s heart attack and disconnects the call. He asks the doctor about Parameshwari’s condition. The doctor tells Neel they tried their best, but Parameshwari is still in critical condition, so they can’t say anything. He leaves from there. Neel says Parameshwari always chants Riddhi’s name, but Riddhi is not there when Parameshwari needs her the most.
Gangadhar asks how to find out which hospital Neel is in which hospital. Sumati calls Neel and asks him which hospital he is in which hospital. Neel is about to inform the hospital name. But Kanchan slaps Neel, and Neel drops the phone. Kanchan scolds Neel for admitting Parameshwari in a cheap hospital. Neel tells Kanchan to shut up. He asks her whether she is mad. He scolds her for complaining about the hospital when Parameshwari is in critical condition. He says it’s a hospital, not a hotel. Kanchan tells him the hospital should match her standard.
Neel says Parameshwari is fighting for her life, but no one is with her. He tells Kanchan that his family is not wealthy, but his family relationship is strong. He adds Kanchan is really poor when the topic is about emotions and relations. Kanchan gets angry hearing this.
Neel tells her she is selfish; that’s why she made Riddhi a robot. He says Kanchan doesn’t want Riddhi’s marriage to happen because if Riddhi left after marriage, then Kanchan would come to the road. He adds Kanchan is using Riddhi as a money-making machine; that’s why she ruined a good marriage proposal. Kanchan glares at him. Neel tells her Parameshwari loves Riddhi the most. He blames Kanchan for Parameshwari’s heart attack. He says Kanchan is in third grade, not this hospital. He adds Kanchan is a failure. Kanchan strangulates him and tells him she will kill him. Neel tells her she can’t harm him.
Sumati comes there and slaps Kanchan. Kanchan asks Sumati how dare the latter. Sumati says she is not scared, and she can even go against God when the matter is about Neel. She tells Kanchan that Neel is her life and she can kill anyone for Neel. Kanchan is about to slap Sumati, but Neel holds Kanchan’s hand. Neel warns Kanchan to not even try to touch Sumati because Sumati is his mother.
Kanchan says Neel’s family will regret for this and leaves from there. Neel asks Kanchan whether she won’t meet Parameshwari. He tells her he can’t come, leaving Parameshwari. Sumati tells him to not worry because she will draw Swastik. She says she is proud of Neel, and she gave good upbringing to him. She leaves from there with Gangadhar and Manjari. Gangadhar tells Manjari to book a cab. Kanchan sees them in her car. She recalls how Sumati slapped her. She decides to kill Sumati and starts her car.
