The episode begins with Jhanak says she thinks a girl can achieve anything if she gets an equal chance like a boy. But this society doesn’t give equal chances to girls and boys. And she got a chance; that’s why she got placement in this college. She tells Indrani thanks for helping her to get a room in the hostel. Then she says thanks to everyone who supports her. She also thanks her haters, saying she got strength to fight because of them.
Sanjhbati praises Jhanak. Aditi says it’s just a normal debate competition, so what’s the need to give this long of a speech? Arshi says Jhanak’s mother was also like this. And says Jhanak is an irritating girl. Aniruddh recalls Nutan’s speech. Arshi asks him what he is thinking about. Aniruddh shook his head. Arshi tells him that he must be impressed with Jhanak. Dadabhai tells Putul that Jhanak is really talented and Jhanak will achieve so much in her life.
The host asks Indrani to say something about winners. Indrani praises Jhanak. She asks everyone to clap for Jhanak because Jhanak is coming from a small village but has achieved a lot already. And she wants Jhanak to become the best doctor. She hopes students like Jhanak get all the support and they make the country proud. She announces special prize money for Jhanak. Everyone claps hearing this. The host says thanks to everyone for coming.
After some time, Rishi tells his family that he will drop Sanjhbati. Sanjhbati tells him that she will manage. Rishi tells her that he doesn’t have any issue. Dadabhai asks Sanjhbati to keep visiting them. Aditi tells Rishi that she will accompany him to drop off Sanjhbati. Rishi tells her to go home and take rest. He asks whether her parents left. Aditi says her parents got irritated seeing Jhanak, so they left. And Jhanak did not deserve to win the competition.
Rishi tells her that judges decided the winner and Jhanak did hard work for the competition. Aditi says Indrani should not have announced extra prize money. And Indrani would not have announced extra prize money if someone else was the winner then. Sanjhbati says she thinks Jhanak is really mature. And she is getting late. Rishi takes Sanjhbati from there.
They see Jhanak. Rishi calls Jhanak. She introduces Sanjhbati to Jhanak. Jhanak says Sanjhbati sang really well. And she got emotional hearing Sanjhbati’s singing. Sanjhbati says she was impressed with Jhanak’s dance. Jhanak says Sanjhbati is different from other city people. And Sanjhbati is beautiful and a good person. Rishi tells Sanjhbati that many don’t treat Jhanak well just because she is from a village; that’s why she is saying things like this. He tells Jhanak that he is really proud of her.
Sanjhbati says Rishi praised Jhanak so much. Jhanak says she is not able to believe that. Rishi asks her where she is going. Jhanak tells him she is going to the green room to change. Rishi tells her not to change because she is looking good. Jhanak gets surprised hearing this. Rishi asks her to come with him. Jhanak agrees.
Sanjhbati says she is happy they can talk a lot. Jhanak says she is getting a family member feeling from Sanjhbati. Sanjhbati says she is happy to meet Jhanak. And Jhanak is like her little sister. Jhanak says everyone insults her because she is a little different. Sanjhbati says they will regret it and will give respect to Jhanak one day. She goes aside to pick up a call.
After some time, Aditi says Rishi has not returned yet, and he is not picking up her calls. Neelu tells Aditi to call Sanjhbati. Aditi says she knows about dance, and Jhanak’s dance was not a wow performance, but Rishi got impressed with Jhanak’s dance. Tanushri says Mishti deserved to win the competition. And Jhanak will fly so much due to this win. Aditi says there is no comparison between Jhanak and Mishti.
Meanwhile, Jhanak is about to slip from the stairs, but Rishi holds her. They share an eye lock. They come to reality at Sanjhbati’s voice. Sanjhbati asks whether Jhanak is fine. Jhanak replies she is fine. Rishi gets worried seeing Jhanak’s leg bleeding. He asks her why she was not careful while walking. Sanjhbati goes to bring the first aid kit.
Jhanak tells Rishi that she is fine and it’s not a big injury. Rishi tells her that it must pain her. Sanjhbati returns with a first aid kit. Rishi bandages Jhanak’s injury. Then he holds her to help her.
