The episode begins with Aniruddh telling Bablu that it was not needed to tell the truth to Aditi. Bablu says Aditi deserves to know the truth. He reveals he told the truth to Jhanak. He says Aniruddh can throw him out of the house for this. Aditi asks her parents how they can do this with her. Arshi asks Bablu why he said the half-truth. She asks Aditi to listen to her once. She says the truth is Aditi is her and Aniruddh’s daughter. She tells Aditi about what the doctor told them and how Aniruddh brought Aditi from Simulboni. She asks Aniruddh to say something. Aniruddh tells Aditi that they can’t return those five years. And they gave their best to Aditi after that. He apologized to her for hiding this from her. Aditi refuses to forgive them. Arshi says Aditi is her daughter and cries. Aditi runs from there. Arshi tells Bablu that he must be happy now.
On the other side, Dadabhai tells Indumati that Putul wants to be dependent. Indumati says it would have been if their children’s lives were good. And even Rishi saw many problems. Dadabhai asks her not to overthink. Indumati says Jhanak brought problems in Rishi’s life. And she is scared Rishi’s problems may not end. Dadabhai tells Indumati that they should not have mistreated Jhanak after learning the truth of marriage when they know what happened with Putul. He says Parashar and Nutan gave a good upbringing to Jhanak.
Indumati tells him that their house lost peace because of Jhanak. Dadabhai tells her that it’s not like that. He says they did not have any problem with Jhanak when she came to their house the first time. Indumati asks him why Jhanak applied vermilion on her forehead and was roaming behind Rishi. Dadabhai tells her that marriage means marriage only, and it doesn’t matter whether it’s forced or not. But Jhanak did not demand anything from Rishi. Indumati gets worried about the future. Dadabhai asks her not to worry. He says their son will return and Putul will be happy in her life.
The next day, Tanushri tells Abhimanyu that Mishti is preparing for the exam. Abhimanyu asks her to sit because he wants to tell her something important. He tells her to work, which she left for children in the past. He says Tanushri should not kill her dreams. Tanushri tells him that she can’t do anything at this age. Abhimanyu tells her that she can do it. He asks her to think about herself now. Tanushri tells him that she is not interested in working now. She asks what others will think. Abhimanyu tells her that no one has the right to comment about her career.
Payal asks her children whether they completed their homework. Kaju says they are going out with Putul, so they will do homework later. Payal says Putul did not ask her about it. Surjeet sends kids from there. He tells Payal that Putul is a responsible girl. Payal says Putul left her in-laws’ house and is now doing this. Surjeet asks her not to comment about Putul’s personal life. Putul hears this. Surjeet sees Putul and brings her inside. Putul says the plan was decided now only, and she came to get permission from Payal. She asks them to tell Kaju and Badam she won’t take them out.
Rishi comes there and asks what’s happening. Surjeet tells Rishi everything. Rishi says children should go out with Putul. Surjeet agrees with Rishi. He says there’s already so much happening in the house, and it’s affecting children too. Rishi asks whether Surjeet wants to say he is spreading negativity in the house. Surjeet says he did not mean that. Rishi says Jhanak will leave the house soon. And they should be proud of Jhanak. Surjeet says he is proud of Mishti. And why he should be proud of Jhanak when she is a stranger to him. Children come there and say they are ready to go out. Surjeet tells Payal to allow the children to go out with Putul. Payal tells her children to go with Putul.
Tanushri tells Abhimanyu, “What if Rishi is right about Jhanak’s real identity?” Abhimanyu asks why Aniruddh would lie. Tanushri asks why Nutan would take Aniruddh’s name. She says, “Let’s change the topic.” Abhimanyu asks her to think about work.
