The episode begins with Putul telling Jhanak that she is with the latter. And she is sure Jhanak will win today. Indumati says there is a possibility that police will arrest Jhanak today. Dadabhai tells her that she would be happy if that happened then. Indumati tells him that she would definitely get happy if the culprit who tried to kill Aditi were caught. Rishi asks Jhanak to come with him. Tanushri asks him why he will take Jhanak with him. Abhimanyu asks Rishi to have shame.
Rishi says Jhanak is his responsibility. And Jhanak is innocent until she is proved guilty. Jhanak tells him that she will go alone. She says, “Let’s see if she ends up in jail or leaves the police station respectfully.” Neelu asks Jhanak to not even dream the police will leave the latter. Putul asks Neelu to stop it. She asks Jhanak to come with her. Jhanak tells Putul there is no need for that. Abhimanyu says Jhanak can’t escape to Simulboni. And police would have dragged her from her village if she had done that then. Jhanak tells him that he did not understand her yet. And she always fought her battles and never ran away.
Tanushri tells Rishi that their day will be wasted if Jhanak doesn’t reach the police station on time then. Jhanak tells Rishi that she knows he suspects she tried to kill Aditi. Rishi asks her whether she is sure about coming alone. Jhanak asks him not to show sympathy to her because she tried to kill Aditi, according to him. Rishi asks her not to misunderstand him. Jhanak reminds him that he said he won’t see her face if she gets proved guilty then. And he said it like that because he suspects her. She leaves from there. Indumati says Jhanak went alone to escape. Neelu says they should reach the police station on time. Rishi says Neelu is really interested in this case. Neelu tells him that she wants to know who tried to kill Aditi.
After some time, in the police station, the police inspector says they solved the case. Putul asks Jhanak not to get scared. Aniruddh tells the IG of police that he wants to know the truth. The IG of police shows the photo slide of the marriage of Sanjhbati and Dritimaan. He says his team searched in Sanjhbati’s house, but they did not get anything related to poison there. Then his team searched in Rishi’s house, but they did not get anything related to poison in there either. Arshi asks him where he gets proof.
The IG of police tells her that his team searched in her house. Aniruddh tells him that he won’t try to kill Aditi. IG of police shows the poison container and reveals his team found it in Aniruddh’s room. And they sent this container for testing. He says this container poison and the poison Aditi consumed are the same. Everyone gets shocked hearing this. Aniruddh asks what the IG of police wants to say.
Abhimanyu says police must have misunderstood. Tanushri asks why Aniruddh would try to kill Aditi. The IG of police says there is a possibility that Aniruddh tried to kill someone else, but Aditi became the victim. Dadabhai says truth always wins. IG of the police calls the supplier who supplied poison to Aniruddh. Aniruddh lies; he doesn’t know that supplier. He says Rishi is doing all this to trap him. Aditi asks Rishi whether he stoops this low.
IG of police says they have Aniruddh and the supplier’s photo. He reveals Aniruddh wanted to kill Jhanak. Dadabhai says Aniruddh should be ashamed of himself. Tanushri asks Abhimanyu whether Rishi is doing this with Abhimanyu to save Jhanak. Abhimanyu tells her that he doesn’t think so. IG of police says Jhanak is innocent in this case. And Aniruddh tried to kill Jhanak to avoid the DNA test case. He tells Aniruddh that the latter already tried to kill Jhanak in the kitchen of Rishi’s case. So Aniruddh may end up in jail forever. Jhanak cries. The IG of police asks Jhanak whether she wants to file a case against Aniruddh or not.
Aditi asks Aniruddh whether this is the truth. Aniruddh tells her that this is a trap. Arshi asks Aditi to trust Aniruddh. Aniruddh says Jhanak ruined his and Aditi’s life. The IG of police asks Jhanak to tell her decision. Jhanak says she won’t give one more complaint against Aniruddh. Rishi tells Jhanak not to do this.
On the other side, Parashar and Kanka reach Manglu’s house in Kolkata. Manglu welcomes them. Parashar tells Manglu about Jhanak’s DNA test case. He says tomorrow the manager and others will come to give a statement in Jhanak’s favor.
Jhanak says she wants the truth to come out, which is that Aniruddh is her father. Arshi says Jhanak wants this to get half of Aniruddh’s wealth. Jhanak says she doesn’t want anything from Aniruddh. And she is fighting this for her mother. She tells IG of police that she won’t file a complaint against Aniruddh if Aniruddh agrees to a DNA test then. Rishi gives thanks to the IG of police for exposing the truth. He says law won’t spare Aniruddh. Aditi glares at Aniruddh and leaves from there.

Recap: Aniruddh cooperates for the DNA test. Rishi thinks he knows the result will be positive and that result will snatch Jhanak from him forever. Aniruddh thinks he should convince Jhanak to withdraw this DNA case. Jhanak thinks she won’t withdraw the case no matter what.
Our Take: Jhanak gets proved innocent. Police expose Aniruddh as the culprit. So Jhanak is demanding that Aniruddh accept a DNA test, and if he agrees, then she won’t file a new case against him. This is a masterstroke from Jhanak’s side. Aditi gets shattered after all this revelation. So it would be interesting to see how Aditi will react from now on.
